Left on 02/02/2013 for a stay in January 2013

We stayed here during the Sundance Film festival. The walks up and down the hill to historic "Main Street" in Park City was not for the weak or fearful of slipping on ice; but we were prepared for it, and the weather was very good, and we happily made the trip many times. My only caution would be that I probably would not want to make that hike carrying skis to public transportation. We rented a car (making good use of the two available parking spaces at 200#1 Daly) to drive to Park City Ski Resort.

The hot tub holds 4 comfortably. No privacy (as it is on a small porch on the street side!), but fun nonetheless.

The kitchen was nicely equipped and pleasantly decorated. There were small humidifiers in each bedroom (though I'm not sure that all three worked), which is good in the very dry winter air.

Given the exorbitant prices required by many accommodations in Park City during Sundance, we were satisfied with this for a good 3-BR condo. We would go back.

There are tradeoffs, but the people we spoke to were honest and clear about them.

Finally, two of our fellow travelers were driving cross country with two (well-behaved) dogs, and it was fantastic that his unit permitted us to keep them on this occasion. (We got advanced permission from the tenant.)

Would highly recommend this house to others. Comfortable, well decorated, well equipped, and very close to Main Street. Location and ambiance had old mining town feel.

      Rustic but Modern and Classy

Left on 01/18/2012 for a stay in December 2011

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this property. Parts of it gave off a rustic mountain feel, but at the same time it was updated and modern. The bedrooms were very nice and it had all the stuff we needed. The walk down to the bus to get to the ski area wasn't bad, but we just kept our boots and skis at the ski area so we were able to commute using our regular shoes. Being close to Main was a big plus as we didn't have to hassle with parking. Brady was a big help as well with just about everything that we needed or wanted in terms of info.

      Nice place

Left on 12/25/2011 for a stay in December 2011

The unit was the large part of a duplex, so it felt more like our own house. Unit was modern and all beds very nice. It is a bit of a hike to the top of main street - 3 or 4 blocks. We had our own car so it was no problem getting to the ski areas.

      Location was charming

Left on 12/18/2011 for a stay in December 2011

This unit is not just a few steps from the top of Main Street. It is about 3 blocks, so it is a short walk but it is a walk. Having said that, the upper part of Daly is pretty charming because it reaches up a small valley with trees on both sides so you feel like you are "in the mountains" which is alot different that staying in a complex. I would recommend having a rental car if you stay here. The unit itself was good in every respect and the early season price was a great value.

The condo is at the upper end of Daly. It is close to Main street so it is easy to walk downhill to the restaurants and catch the trolley to get back up the hill. Condo was great. Clean, modern, everyone in our group loved it.

We stayed here and loved it! We felt like we were part of Old Park City because it was just a short walk to Main. We wanted a place where we could walk to the restaurants and night life in the middle of town. The unit itself was great. Modern, comfortable and well equipped.
