This townhome is top notch! It was clean, the decor was classy, beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, and the hot tub soothed sore muscles after a day of skiing. This townhome is located near everything -- Whole Foods, shopping, skiing, and many restaurants. Gregg was very helpful and provided useful information regarding lift tickets etc. We will definitely return! It was a great vacation for all of us.

The Owner was extremely friendly and was always available, if I had any questions or concerns.
The pictures does not do it justice! The house is absolutely beautiful! My friends and I came for 5 nights for snowboarding and sundance; and We did not want to leave!
Also, the 2 car garage and driveway came in handy.. as it snows often in Park City.
The Location is very Ideal, a mile off Rt. 80. and only a half mile from walmart, liquor store, gas station and many restaurants!
I can't wait to come back to Park City!

The property was beautiful. To call it fully stocked is an understatement. We met a few extended family members there for Thanksgiving and had everything we needed to prepare a full holiday meal and enjoy a great weekend. The layout is perfect for everyone to have enough space. Everything was spotless, and the owner was a pleasure to work with from start to finish.

We had the pleasure to stay here for 6 weeks. The condo was wonderfully appointed and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic with easy access to the Park City trail system and to a fantastic park. The community clubhouse with pool was a short walk away. The owners were fantastic to work with. Definitely a place we'd recommend to anyone looking for a place to vacation in Park City. You won't regret it!

This Townhome was perfect for our large Family - with 3.5 bathrooms and two nice family room areas (both with flat screen TVs) located on separate floors there was plenty of room for all. This was a ski trip for us and the Canyons, Park City, and Deer Valley were all within 10-20 minute drives. We also skied the Cottonwood areas, which you could drive to and be skiing in under an hour.
The Townhome was immaculate, everything new, very clean, very comfortable furniture and beds, and has all the amenities we needed. -

This townhome is so clean and comfortable! It is well-decorated and spacious. We were a group of 4 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is very well-equipped with great appliances and pans and also pleasant surprises like a salad spinner and zester! In addition to cable TV, the home has google TV, which allowed all of us to see the internet at once, e.g. for snow reports and more. The townhouse is a few minutes drive from The Canyons and about 10 minutes from Main Street in Park City. It's located near a lot of shopping, including a large organic grocery store, regular grocery store, bowling alley and movie theater. It was so easy to work with Gregg, the owner. He was always accessible by phone/email and gave us lots of good advice. We hope to stay here again!

Owner was very responsive at all times before, during and after our stay. The home is beautiful and quite comfortable, very spacious and more than enough room for our family of four with two teenagers. Could easily have included a couple more with pull out couch in downstairs den and extra bunk in third bedroom. Very clean and up to date, hot tub on deck was fantastic, modern appliances throughout, all basics considered plus extra touches. We mix up our ski days among Park City resorts, Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, and Powder/Snowbasin to the north. This home is very convenient to all, as well as restaurants and markets in Redstone plaza right up the street, and of course Park City. Only reticence in recommending is someone might want it the week(s) we do...Great experience.

We had a great stay at this town home. Central location to all 3 major ski resorts as well as Redstone Shopping area (groceries, dining, shopping, movies, bowling). The home is very well maintained, beautifully furnished, clean and stocked with many thoughtful items. This home is a luxury vacation experience. Owner was very helpful and responsive. We will be returning next year and would highly recommend staying here.

We have stayed at this townhouse around New Year's for the past two years. It is always clean and ready for us when we arrive. Additionally, the owners are very accommodating and accessible -- just what you want!
The location is perfect for us. We ski at Deer Valley and it never takes long to get there. Additionally, the restaurants, supermarkets and other stores at the mall across the street are minutes away and suit my family's needs to a tee.
I highly recommend this property. -

My husband and I and our teenage sons spent a week at this beautiful town home. The property is beautifully decorated in a warm and cozy cowboy theme. There was plenty of room to spread out into the lower level family room if the kids friends were over (we had other friends renting in a nearby Bear Hollow town home) or for all of us to curl up and watch a movie in the comfy living room. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious and a pleasure to cook in! The beds were super comfy. The owners have spared no expense in making this a deluxe vacation experience. My family has rented quite a few places at Bear Hollow, and while they have all been nice, this is the first time we called the owner mid visit and asked, "Can we could rent your place again this time next year?" Awesome -- highly recommend this property!

We had a very good experience. The owners were easy to work with. The unit was very clean and well equipped. More then enough room for our family of 4. Beautiful home in a good location, close to shopping and the ski areas. We would definitely stay here again
