Anaheim Hills, CAWow What a Place!!
Left on 09/30/2012 for a stay in August 2012
This place has it all!! First class furnishings, huge family areas, bedrooms for everyone, with comfortable beds, a game room and a bar area. The multiple balconies look out over the mountain, with amazing views. The location is perfect!! Main street is across the street; an easy walk to dinner, dessert, or shopping. I would recommend this to families, corporate events, or groups of friends looking for a place to relax and enjoy Park City. This is the place, and my family and I will definitely rent this home again.

The house is wonderful - spacious, with tall ceilings, beautifully decorated and with an amazing view. Lots of rooms/space for everybody. Large common area with fully equipped kitchen is perfect for big gatherings. The house is just steps from Main street and minutes from Deer Valley. Owners are super nice and accommodating.
Our stay could not have been better, thank you!! Irina -

Brodhead, WisconsinLoved It!
Left on 08/30/2012 for a stay in July 2012
What a great place to spend a vacation! Lots to do and being so
close to the main shops and eateries on main street makes it the perfect setting. The beauty of the houses built on the mountain side is breathtaking and sitting on either of the decks and looking over the town makes one feel so free and alive. The house itself is roomy, comfy, and has all the needs of someone on a holiday, and with the different floor levels, makes it a perfect fit for many people to be together but not crowded or on top of each other. Personally, we loved it!

southlakeMountain retreat with downtown access
Left on 08/27/2012 for a stay in March 2012
Our family spent a wonderful week vacationing at this home. The house felt like a perfect mountain retreat. It had all the comforts you could want but that rustic mountain feel. The location couldn't be better you can walk to downtown for dinner, shopping and spas. The walk to town lift to head up to the slopes is also convenient. The hot tub is fantastic; you can't beat spending the evening relaxing in the hot tub with beautiful views of the mountains and downtown. This house has it all. Park City is unbelievably beautiful and a great place for a family vacation.

Marion, IowaI did not want to leave!
Left on 08/14/2012 for a stay in July 2012
My family loved the home - worked well for a mini-family reunion. The four levels provided just enough separation, but also a large enough great room for gathering. Location was awesome - Park City is absolutely beautiful in the summer. The house is two blocks from downtown, entertainment and shopping (down). Then, go up, for hiking! All conveniences are close by, along with sight seeing and, of course, the mountains - hiking, biking and enjoying the view. Can't wait to go back!

Left on 08/13/2012 for a stay in June 2012
My family had a wonderful time at the house. There was plenty of TVs for all the kids and plenty of room to have everyone seperated. We really liked the rustic, western style charm of the house. The views from all the balconies were exceptional. I loved grilling and looking down on Park City and seeing the mountains surrounding it. The house has a great location. It is a couple of minutes walk into town and onto Main street (ice cream shop, cofee shop, restraunts, shopping). The house was a major factor in creating a really fun and memorable week. I highly recommend it.

Long Beach, CAFeels like home!
Left on 05/25/2012 for a stay in February 2012
We have stayed here on two separate occasions. Once in February with tons of snow and once in april for spring break. Unfortunately there was little to no snow for spring break until the day we left. The nice part was that we were able to experience different weather and activities in Park City which was great.
The house has a great view of the ski lifts at Park City and an easy walk into town. The location of the home is perfect but the home itself is even better. We felt very comfortable in the home - as though it were our very own. Very relaxing, fully stocked with activities for the kids (I.e., WII, Internet, Play Station, games and a pool table). For the adults we had Tv's on every floor so we were able to watch our sports. The kitchen is great for cooking (fully stocked with all my favorites) and entertaining since its very open to the dining and family rooms.
The floor plan works well with multiple families as well. The first visit was just the four of us but the second visit was with another family and the arrangements were perfect for 8 people with rooms to spare.
This is a great house. It was a tough decision with the number of homes to choose from but we loved our choice! -

southlake, txGreat location with nice views
Left on 01/07/2012 for a stay in December 2011
Large spacious home very nicely finished out and furnished provided great place for two large families to stay and enjoy Park City. Back decks with hot tube overlooking downtown provided great place to enjoy sunset after skiing and then walk down steps to Main Street for dinner.
While not really needed enclosed parking for car was also nice and the very spacious mud room entry off front door provided a great place to keep tract of all the kids ski stuff.

I've been coming to Park City for almost 20 years, and have stayed everywhere---from the condos right at the resort, to both of the Marriots, and lately, at some private homes courtesy of Vrbo: all-in-all, this place rocks! The owner did a great job of updating & modernizing the house. We had two other families with us (6 kids total under 12, 12 people total. The kids loved the multiple entertaining areas---the boys all hung out in the lower level with their Playstation and the two big tvs, while the girls had plenty of room to color & watch their shows in the main living area. The entry level entertaining area ended up being the place my wife hung out & read. We enjoyed the sauna once & the spa was very nice. Grilling outdoors in January was a unique experience...However the best thing about the house is the location---it literally has its own private staircase that seems to lead directly to the Wasatch Brewery. The one quibble would be that the staircase is a bit treacherous, but as it is apparently a city-owned staircase, I can't fault the homeowner for this (and when I asked about this, the owner said they were working with the city to get the stairs rebuilt). We all wish the snow had been better, but honestly the conditions were perfect for the kids who were all still learning to ski. I don't usually write reviews, but the attention to detail that the owner put into the house, and the difference it made to our group's stay, warranted a review. No, it isn't ski-in/ski-out but the town lift is a 5-10 minute walk, and with young kids we were going to be driving to ski school no matter where we stayed. Park City over the holidays is our favorite place, especially Thanksgiving when the crowds are light & the slopes just open---we are already making plans for next year & hope to stay here again--its literally the perfect family getaway.
