The house is multi level, and is approximately 3800 square feet in size. The main level consists of the kitchen, living room, dining room, and the second bedroom. The kitchen adjoins the dining area, with a 2-way fireplace separating it from the living room, and a deck outside with private hot tub runs the length of the house from the kitchen back to the living room. Up ½ level is the third bedroom, and one more ½ flight up is... the master bedroom suite. Down ½ flight from the main level is the fourth bedroom, and the family room and fifth bedroom are on the lower level, as is a sauna.

Family Room:On lower level with TV, DVD, CD/cassette stereo, queen sofa sleeper, wet bar with 2 barstools and microwave, bathroom in hall with large tile shower, and a sauna next to the bathroom.

Kitchen:Spanish tile flooring, adjoins the dining area, well equipped for cooking.

Dining Room:Seating for 8, adjacent to the kitchen with a wet bar, fireplace, hardwood floors, and barstool seating at the kitchen counter for 4.

Bedrooms:Master – King bed, TV, adjoining bathroom with separate shower and jetted bathtub, cathedral ceilings, lots of closet space, small balcony outside with great views in the winter.

Second – Queen bed, adjoining bathroom (on main floor).

Third – Queen bed, adjoining bathroom, small loft area for reading, relaxing (up ½ flight from main level).

Fourth – Two twin beds, ½ bath directly across in hall (located ½ flight down from main level).

Fifth – Two twin beds, bathroom with shower only just outside in the hall (on lower level near family room).

Hot Tub:Private outdoor hot tub on deck off living room, kitchen.
