location is wonderful with easy access to ski resort bus and Park City amenities. House has good space to meet the needs of family groups.
There were many "maintenance" issues: Master toilet is plumbed to hot water tap...not pleasant and wasteful. Toilet also "ran" if user wasn't careful, which used up household hot water. Heating system was hard to regulate. Hot water tank was insufficient for 5 bedroom place and consequently was set at dangerously high heat levels. Risk of scalding was real. Kitchen dishes, glassware and pots were insufficient if renters really wanted to make meals at home (which we did).
