  We stayed in E-208. 4 women and 1 man ranging in age from 50-65 were treated by the on-site management with disdain and laughter when the deadbolt wouldn't work correctly. After taking 5 mins to get into the unit, the onsite manager was called and said he couldn't bring a locksmith in until Monday even though he knew this was an ongoing problem. Monday came and the same lie was given. We finally gave up and quit using the deal bolt. This unit also was advertised with free Wi-Fi but upon connecting to a network, all showed security-enabled. When asked about a pass code, I was told none was needed. I also showed him that all networks were in fact security-enabled but again, nothing was done. The kitchen was not adequately stocked. We cook all meals and ended up having to purchase a peeler and a can opener. A cutting board was finally given to us on Monday. The kitchen also didn't have any pot holders.
  The hot tub closest to this unit was down for 3 of the days we were there but there is another one by the club house. When the closest tub to the unit was repaired, it had a leak again within one day.
  This unit also charges $120 cleaning fee but it was shown that the wall in the living room had some liquid dripping down by the entertainment and the mirror above the fireplace was filthy. When also mentioned to onsite management, a promise that cleaning would come in and take care of it. Of course, this also was not done.
  All of this was explained to not only the onsite management but also at Club Lespri where you pick up the keys. Management there said they would have someone contact us the following Monday but that was now over 2 weeks ago. Also, be advised that even though this shows that it is on the shuttle line but it is a half mile down a steep hill to the bus stop. Of course, the downhill walk isn't bad but getting back home is very difficult.
