Deer Valley Aspens has one of the best locations within walking distance to Deer Valley's Snowpark Lodge and conveniently located in the free Park City shuttle route off Deer Valley Drive in the Aspenwood Community. This 2,700SF 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo backs up to open space with no great views. The kitchen has an amazing remodel, plus many upgraded features this year. The master bedroom suite has a new king bed, 32" flat screen TV, and full private bath (top floor). Deer Valley Aspens has one of the best locations within walking distance to Deer Valley's Snowpark Lodge and conveniently located in the free Park City shuttle route off Deer Valley Drive in the Aspenwood Community. This 2,700SF 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo backs up to open space with no great views. The kitchen has an amazing remodel, plus many upgraded features this year. The master bedroom suite has a new king bed, 32" flat screen TV, and full private bath (top floor). The 2nd (middle floor) and 3rd bedrooms both have queen beds with cable TV, and the 4th bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds, plus a nice pool table (ground floor). The living room has plush furniture, fireplace, 40" flat screen cable TV/DVD (queen sleeper too). There are two private decks which have a 6-seat Jacuzzi (back deck) and gas BBQ grill (front deck). This is a great Deer Valley location with easy access to Deer Valley and Park City ski slopes, plus very private location backing up to Deer Valley open space with pines and aspens. There is a 1-car parking garage and two parking spaces in front of the condo, plus a new full size washer/dryer on the lower level.
