TAX & FEE: An additional $160 cleaning fee, 11% Utah sales tax and 3% transaction fee will be included in your final payment.
DEPOSITS: A credit card deposit is required to hold the reservation. This credit card information will be held as a security depost and only charged if there is damage or loss to the house.
PAYMENTS: Full payment will be charged to the credit card 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival date will be refunded but will incur a $100 handling fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less before arrival date will forfeit entire payment unless dates are resold, when payment will be refunded minus a $100 handling fee. No refunds will be made for late check-in or early departure, unless previously arranged.
CHECK-IN/OUT TIME: Check-in time is after 3:00 pm on arrival day. Check-out time is before 11:00 am on departure day.
NO SMOKING: : Absolutely NO smoking in the house. A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged if this policy is violated.
