This town house was very well situated, walking distance to many shops and restaurants and easy ride to the hills. We enjoyed the open floorplan in the kitchen and living room with fireplace, and the 4 bedrooms, each with private bathrooms between the 3 floors. This was a great family vacation, we rented it between 2 families (including 6 young kids!)

We stayed here for the second weekend of Sundance, and would do so again. Bottom bedroom is small (bunk beds) and cold in the winter (when we mentioned to Utah Vacation Homes office they had a space heater delivered in hours - impressive). Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is a great luxury. Home is immaculate, hot tub is cleaned 3x/week, rental company could not be more professional. We did walk to Town Lift, but it's a bit of a hike w/ your ski/snowboard gear. Ideal location for Sundance. Only wish Utah Vacation Homes offered luggage storage for later flights. Overall fantastic experience.

While this particular guest like the furnishings of Top of Main A better we have had many guest who prefer the furnishings at Top of Main B, it is a matter of personal preference. At the time of this reservation Top of Main A accommodated 3 fewer guests and was priced based on its furnishings as well as the number of guests it accommodated. Currently Top of Main B and A are priced the same because they accommodate similar guests and are both nicely furnished.
We agree Top of Main B is a perfect place to stay for Sundance as well as for Park City's other festivals and for skiing.
