33399Not a bad place to get away to!
Left on 02/24/2012 for a stay in February 2012
So there is a group of friends that gets together every year in a different location to ski over the SuperBowl weekend. We generally choose a condo in a central location to what ever mountain we've decided to ski.
This property was centrally located to Park City, Deer Valley, The Canyons and was a perfect location to gather. The condo was spacious and the bedrooms were nice; very comfortable sleeping accomidations and a great overall layout.
The biggest issues I had/have are the fact that there is no grill to cook on and the kitchen had very little in the way of cooking utensils and equipment. It would have been nice to have the basics like serving dishes, utensils (tongs, serving spoons, etc) and a better assortment of pans to cook with. The lack of cooking implements made it hard to prepare meals for the group.
The only other issue I had was the hot tub...I have to admit, I'm no spring Chicken anymore and after a hard day of skiing (I am an expert skier and a professional instructor so when I say a hard day of skiing, I mean 6 hours of black, double black and extreme territory!) it would have been nice to relax my muscles in a hot tub. That is, the water never really got hotter than upper 90's and the jets didn't work...really???!!!
I hope that the owners of the condo are reading this, it is a lovely place indeed, but when you rent a condo in a ski town, the hot tub has to work properly!! -

Extremely spacious and well equipped. Minutes from Canyons and Park City resort. Close to grocery stores. Plenty of room for all. We had three adults, on child under 10 and five teenagers. Kids could hang out downstaits. Hot tub was perfect. Only negative is that there's no veiw from any angle.

Utah Vacation homes was a great experience from start to finish. Their staff quickly responded to all our inquiries and worked with us to ensure we had a great vacation. The property is so close to Park City and even closer to The Canyons. The Junction shops and outlet malls are also less than 5 mins drive away.
It would be great to see #9 upgraded with wifi and big screen TV's for when we're off the mountain but all the other amenities (like the hot tub) were top notch. -

IdahoExcellent Experience
Left on 02/03/2010 for a stay in January 2010
Having stayed at other Park City properties -- through other property management firms -- in the past, I rate this one as Excellent! The home was immaculate, prepared as specified, and a great value. Working with the Prop Mgmt company was a joy in it's own right -- simple and easy communication -- but especially in light of previous experiences. Directions, access, and amenities were exactly as promised.
The only very slight criticism was with the weekend staff -- when I called two days early to ask about late checkout, they seemed confused. They made it happen, but didn't really seem to know what I was asking when I called, and I had to call back the following day.
Other than that, the property itself and the communication from the management company were both superb.
