Located only one short block from Park City's Town Chair Lift and one block to Main Street, this 2,900 square foot 4 bedroom plus den, 4 bathroom home is the best of the best. Built in 2014 by one of Park City's master architects, it's interior is modern contemporary mountain finishes, spacious living area that comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, and a great in-town location.
The living features a 60" Samsung Curve Smart HD TV with Sono's surround sound system and Blue Ray DVD and custom-built furnishings. Adjacent to this, is the 8-seat rustic kitchen table and gourmet display kitchen that will impress any professional chef! The kitchen has an oversized Thermador refrigerator, Thermador 6-burner stove, and sleek stainless steel appliances. There are two bedrooms on this level with a queen bed in each and share a full bathroom. Upstairs is the grand master suite with king bed, 55" Samsung Curve Smart TV with Sono's surround sound system and Blue Ray DVD, walk-in closet and amazing bathroom with big marble shower and Euro-tub. The lower level features a fourth bedroom with king bed and full private bathroom. On this level, there is a large media room with 80" Samsung Smart HD TV, surround sound system, Blue Ray DVD, Wii U, and Xbox One. Plus, this room has two custom built-in XL twin beds plus two custom XL twin trundle beds. The total sleeping capacity is up to 12 guests.
This home has heated walkways, stairs, back yard floors, and heated interior floors. There's a heated 2-car garage and great front deck, plus the back yard has a nice patio table/chairs and a Jacuzzi brand hot tub that seats up to 7 guests.
