My wife and I booked to stay in this apartment for 9 days over the Easter period, 2013. Two days before we left australia, we received an email from the owner of the apartment, Patrizia Valenti, to say that the boiler which provided heating to the apartment had malfunctioned and she was unable to have it repaired over the Easter break. She took it upon herself to find us another apartment, which was more expensive, but she would pay the difference. She provided pictures of the new apartment, which indeed looked very nice. We emailed back to this effect, but as one of our daughters was about to give birth in australia, we needed a WiFi connection, as we were travelling with WiFi only iPads, and we were keen to use either Facetime or Skype.
We then left australia, with Patrizia saying she would find us yet another apartment, one with WiFi. A beautiful apartment,with WiFi, was waiting for us on our arrival in Parma. This apartment was more expensive, but Patrizia undertook the additional cost.
She accompanied us to the new location, made sure we were happy and well settled, and walked us around the town to highlight the location of supermarkets, etc.
The next day she rang us to ensure we were well settled in.
Our stay in Parma was wonderful, and the service she provided to us was quite exceptional. As regular travellers to Italy, it is something which we had never experienced before. -

Great apartment near historical center. Owner Patrizia did everything she could to make our stay unforgettable. Apartment was very comfortable. Parking nearby. Wonderful restaurant in walking distance (Angiol d'or). Relaxed atmosferen. Felt like being at home and more!

We stayed for ten days in Patrizia's apartment near the Duomo in Parma. Spacious and with all of the amenities one could wish for. Walking distance to all the things we wanted to visit in the city. Parking nearby. Patrizia is a superb, dedicated host. She pointed out restaurants, trattorias, osterias and good places to buy food. Question? Call or sms and she's there to help you out. We'll be back!

In an beautiful antique bowl we found all kind of fruit in the fridge as a welcome. This to explain the kindness and good taste of the owner

Un appartamento davvero elegante edotato di tutti i confort nel pieno centro di Parma ideale per chi vuole trascorerre giorni in pieno relax senza l'utilizzo della macchina. La disponibilità, l'accoglienza e la gentilezza della titolare Patrizia aggiungono ancor più volare all'appartamento.

Consiglio vivamente.

Situated within easy walk of tourist sights, a historic building, nicely renovated flat - large rooms, very helpful owner. i stayed here with husband and teenage son.
