A peaceful and welcoming atmosphere with all amenities to feel at home among their own stuff even if you are away on business, on business or holiday.

Will deliver the keys and you will be completely free and independent in your stay in Parma.

Via XX Settembre n. 75, side of the central Garibaldi Street, is a typical street of the historic center of Parma five minute walk from the railway station.

What to see:

City: Piazza Duomo, Baptistery, San Giovanni, Piazza della Pilotta, Teatro Farnese, Teatro Regio, Auditorium Paganini. Lungoparma, Parco Ducale.

Castles in the area: Sanvitale Fontanellato Rocca, Rocca dei Rossi di San Secondo, Romanesque churches to Castelguelfo, Fortezza di Bardi, Castello di Felino, Colorno, Castle Torrechiara.

Parks: Carrega Woods Regional Park, Regional Park of the Taro River, River Park Regional Stirone, Parco Regionale dei Cento Laghi.

We also offer studio on the first floor of the same building (with elevator), fully furnished.

For long periods, longer than a week, you can book with a discount.
