This beautifully converted, ‘upside down’ detached property is a former stable situated next to the owner's house in Parwich. Full of character and charm, this lovely cottage retains many original features including the old brick horse feeders, original beams and stable doors. With a king-size double room and a ground floor shower with ‘rain effect’, this luxurious property is ideal for a romantic escape. The first floor sitting room adds to the appeal of the property and boasts doors that lead onto the garden... - the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine after a long day walking.

Town: Surrounded by lush, green countryside and boasting a delightful pub set on the village green, Parwich village also offers a church, a village hall, a playground and many pretty cottages. With an air of peace and tranquillity, this settlement dates back to Saxon times, though at Roystone Grange the remains of a Roman farm have been discovered, showing activity in the local area for at least 2000 years. The nearby Manifold River offers water sport and fishing opportunities, whilst the surrounding scenery and makes a wonderful backdrop for both walkers and cyclists. The 'Manifold Trail' follows the route of the old Leek to Manifold Light Railway and runs close by, adding to the already wide choice of routes. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  What an amazing place - ideal location, beautiful building and beautifully furnished throughout. Owners are welcoming and friendly and just so relaxed about having nice dogs around. A really lovely place to go and unwind, relax and recharge batteries. Will definitely go back and would recommend to anyone. Fabulous large bed and lovely bathroom too - it really has been thought out and no expense has been spared - if only all holiday rentals were like this!!!
