We are located on beautiful Manila Bay and within 15 minutes from Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Just a 5-minute walking distance to loads of world-class shopping and restaurants at the Mall of Asia, exhibitions at the SMX and international concerts at the brand-new SM Arena. We are very close to the Japanese and American Embassies, Cultural Center of the Philippines, World Trade Center and Department of Foreign Affairs. There are also ferries that sail to other island locations near by.

Rental fees
- Security deposit - $210 / stay - Security Deposit - Security deposits range from $210 to $360 depending on length of stay. This is required at least 2 weeks before the scheduled check-in date.
- Half of rent - 50% of rental - Other - Half of the rent is required at least 2 weeks before check-in date. This is only for guests who would like to stay for more than 2 weeks.
- Booking Deposit - $50 / stay - Other - $50 booking deposit is needed for booking confirmation. This is part of the security deposit which varies from $210 to $355 according to length of stay. Please refer to our website www.seasidesuites.org for more details.
- Damage deposit - $210 - Security Deposit

The rates scales down per length of stay: $80/night (P3,360) for 3-7 nights, $60/night (P2,400) for 8-14 nights, $50/night (P2,040) for 15-29 nights, and $30/night (P1,320) for 30 nights or more. All utilities (electricity, water, cable TV and internet) are included in the rent.
The security deposit is refundable at check-out considering there are no damages in the suite.

The studio was perfect for our family. Being on the third and last week of an activity filled vacation in the Philippines, we were getting tired of restaurant and party food. It was nice to be able to slow down in the mornings and have a simple home cooked meal some days and still be close enough to MOa and the variety of restaurants there whenever we wanted to. It rained several times but taxis come often so we didn't have a hard time with that. We also walked home most nights from MOa and security was not an issue at all. Rizal Park, Naia, Intramuros, Fort Bonifacio, China Town (Ongpin) were close so we got to explore these places, too. Mimi, the property manager was very friendly and helpful. Thank you, Wanda!

The suite is new and very convenient to big mall. It is quiet and secured. Will stay there again the next time i travel to Manila.
