A Nice modern condo...Ideal for two people but a little crowed with four at times. The condo is well equipped with cable TV and Wi-Fi. The condo is 5 mins walk from the MOa where there is plenty of shops and entertainment...
During our stay there was a firework competition between various countries...this continues through until the end of March. I was fortunate to see the UK versus South Korea and am glad to say the UK put on a spectacular display...
If you are looking for a modern apartment where a large space is not a priority then this is the place to stay..
The vacation was without problems and the adea family made the arrangements easy and when I return to the Philippines I will stay here again -

:-) Front desk needs to be more polite & friendly when it comes to thier client. We like the area because its closer to MOa.
The owners family of this unit who entertain us were very friendly. If there is a two bedroom unit in this Sea residences would be nice to stay in a group. -

We definitely loved our stay! My family even wants to go back there. The location of the condo was really a plus to us since we don't need to travel far to get to our planned destinations like The Manila Ocean Park and Star City. Looking for the nearest mall? Ha! Mall of asia is just a walking distance away! :D The furnitures and appliances in our room were also brand new and the latest in the market. We didn't get bored at all. We even think that we needed to extend our stay. Too bad we already have return flight tickets to Davao. I highly recommend this place especially to those who wants comfort and budget-friendly place to stay. In fact, the family of my friend already booked this place for their 1 week vacation soon. ;) Thanks to Mr. And Mrs. Adea for the warm welcome and making our stay memorable and fun.

The most beautiful condo-hotel type ive seen in metro manila.. I find the place very relaxing. the condotel is fantastically comfortable, they have modern outdoor pool, their condo unit is very neat and has everything, you can cook, wifi ready, cable tv etc., rooms are stunning too..the receptionist were very friendly and always willing to help, all are very accomodating, they all made me feel at home on my day1 until the end of my stay. =) . Location wise, yes you have everything since MOa(mall of asia) is just right next the corner.. Budget wise, its very affordable. great deal.. Great Service!! i will definitely be going back. It was well worth it. it was indeed a pleasant stay!
