This nicely appointed Westside 2 bedroom apartment is in a great location, just a few short blocks to downtown and the city’s event park. Two massive oaks and a generous patio area lends a peaceful and relaxed feeling while you enjoy the ambiance of the area or BBQ your favorite foods before strolling to our city center to explore our many boutique shops, wine bars, or galleries. My friend and I rented this apartment for two weeks in august/September of 2012. I was wary about renting a place sight unseen because another recent rental elsewhere was a complete nightmare. However, my fears were quickly dispelled when I saw this place.
It's a cozy apartment, well-equipped and decorated with love. It's very clean and made me feel completely at home. They have everything we could have needed (extra towels, blow dryer, soaps, even a travel sewing kit!). I even asked if they had a teapot and soon after that the owner brought one over. They responded quickly to my phone calls and were extremely helpful and polite.
The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful and my friend and I took hour long walks around the area every day. We were within maybe ten minutes walking distance of the main square and a few blocks away from one of the main streets.
Two things to note: I believe the description states that they have two queen beds, though I think one bed is actually a full size. It didn't make a difference to me, but if I were traveling with my significant other, it would have been good to know in advance. The other thing is that the walls shared with the apartment next door are kind of thin, so light sleepers should bring earplugs. -

The 7th & Olive house was booked for the time we wanted, so the manager offered us another property and it was perfect. They were very responsive and helpful and dedicated to making sure we had a great experience. The house was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. I would totally go back and rent from them again!

Our stay at 7th and Olive was wonderful. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home. The owners were friendly and helpful. Combined with the great location downtown and a great rate, we couldn't have gotten any better. We will absolutely stay there again and will recommend this rental to our friends and family.

We were very pleased with the property and it was everything it was advertised. The owners were very accomodating and concerned that we had a trouble free stay. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Paso Robles. And did I add, very well priced.
