Updated in 2009 this charming 2 bedroom home in Paso Robles, otherwise known as wine country, is the perfect retreat to spend some quality time with the ones you love. You'll enjoy relaxing or eating outdoors under the covered porch in the beautifully landscaped yard surrounded by a garden of fresh vegetables. The pleasant weather year round will bring you warm clear days and cool nights in the summer and temperatures reaching up to the 70's for the winter.

Located on a large corner lot you'll have both a front and back yard, fenced in for privacy. This 1400 sq. ft. home features 2 bedrooms and a... sofa bed in the living room to sleep a maximum of 6 people. Gather in the living room, where there is space for everyone on the cozy furniture, and choose from a collection of movies to watch on the TV. You'll also find a collection of books that would make for a nice morning read on the patio as you sip some coffee. The full kitchen offers everthing you need to prepare your favorite home-cooked meals, which can be enjoyed at the dining table for 8 and additional bar for 3.

You can't beat the location! You are within walking distance to both the mid-state county fairgrounds and the bustling downtown area. Be sure to check out Experience Paso Roblesand any other event sites to find out what's happening for your trip. Don't forget to take a scenic trip to one of the nearby wineries (over 200) and book a wine tour!

  I stayed here with a group of six for a relaxing retreat away from the city. We found the property to be reasonably priced, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. We were able to cook delicious meals in the fully stocked kitchen, and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was also extremely clean, and there were plenty of towels, and sundries for our use. We were even given a stick of butter to use which is one of those things that comes in handy! Would stay here again, close to town, friendly manager on site.

  Paso Robles Party of Six

  I traveled to Paso Robles with my little travel/foodie group of 6. We had a lovely time in Paso Robles. The house was bigger than we expected and was air conditioned which was important considering it was the hottest weekend of the year! The kitchen was spacious and my foodie group enjoyed cooking there. There is one full bathrooom and a toilet and sink in the laundry room. We were comfortable with the facilities; the only thing missing was a "bathroom" mirror in the laundry room. The owner was very eager to please by providing us with great recommendations for a local restaurant, specialty butcher and activities. The home is located a few blocks from the square and as such we had very nice walks to the Farmer's Market, shops and restaurants.
  
  Because the owners live behind the house on site, there is a sense that our time was not completely private. Otherwise, a lovely home away from home.

  Wonderful Beautiful Vacation Home! Walking Distance to town!

  I stayed at this vacation home for about 3 weeks. It is beautiful! It has an amazing garden with flowers & even strawberries and everything you would need to make the perfect salad! The owner of the home is a florist and I cant imagine a better combination. The home is warm & bright and cozy. What I also love is they have a full kitchen with all the supplies you would need to make anything you want! Waffle makers, juicers, rice cookers and all. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. I know when I need a vacation home I wont stay anywhere else. The owners are very friendly and make you feel at home :)
