This Villa is located in Treia, in the heart of the Marches, the new Tuscany. It took us 4 year to realize the renovation of this farm, with the help of 2 Swiss architects Markus Wespi and Jerome de Meuron. They have worked respecting entirely the outside style as the house has a historical value and is protected (the oldest part is a paloma house of the 16th century), but the inside has been entirely re-organised according to a luxurious, high comfortable and minimalist style.

The house offers 11 sleeps in 5 bedrooms, 4 in the house and 1 in a guest hous...e. All bedrooms are en-suite with own bathroom. The house has air conditioning everywhere with a system of tubes in the floor.

Ground floor: double living with fireplace and TV, home theatre system Loewe, professional kitchen in inox ArcLinea (dream kitchen for sure!), dining room for 12 people, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, toilets, fitness room.

First floor: 1 bedroom with 3 simple beds, closet and bathroom (shower); 1 bedroom with 2 simple beds, closet and bathroom (shower); big entrance.

Second floor: 1 bedroom with king-size bed, closet and bathroom (shower); 1 bedroom with king-size bed, closet and bathroom (bath tube and shower); 1 big office and closets.

Guest house: 1 bedroom with queen-size bed, closet and bathroom (shower); 1 living with panoramic views on the landscape until Monte Conero.

The Villa presents design furniture from Italian and Spanish designers (Vitra, Cassina, Gandia Blasco, Philippe Stark), and furniture designed by our architects.

On the south part of the house, you find a big terrace of terracota with big pergola, dining table for 12 people, outside inox kitchen with grill and tepanyaki (Japanese grill), swimming-pool 5x12m.

The house is in a panoramic position with a 360 degrees view on the Landscape, 1 hectare of land with olive trees. We are 5 minutes from the city of Treia with a very good asphalt road, 20 minutes from Macerata and its open air opera festival in the summer, and 1 hour from Ancona airport.

We have people for the maintenance of the house, pool, garden, cleaning, air conditioning, heating system.Read more

  Tout est là ! le confort design et l'espace d'abord, de grandes chambres et douches à l'italienne , la vue magnifique à des kilomètres, la grande piscine éclairée aux couleurs de votre humeur pour les bains en soirée, le calme permanent d'une magnifique campagne vallonnée, une salle de sport pour se remettre au top, un billard pour les parties entre amis en refaisant le monde ...dont on est alors si loin quoique avec l'internet et la télé le contact n'est pas franchement perdu. Le rêve est en marche ...dans les Marches.
  Et pour couronner le tout un personnel, ménage, cuisine , traiteur à la demande sous la supervision d'un intendant à la hauteur, bravo Sacha pour ta disponibilité.
