Casa Olivi is located in Treia, in the heart of the Marches, The New Tuscany. Its renovation took 4 years, conducted by 2 swiss architects Markus Wespi and Jerome de Meuron. The outside style has been preserved as the building is protected by the Italian Cultural and History Administration, but the inside has been entirely re-organised according to a luxurious, high comfortable and minimalist style.

Une semaine de rêve à la casa Olivie, cet ancien Rustico restauré dans les règles de l'art.
La vue sur les vallons plantés d'oliviers et de cyprès est panoramique, le regard au loin atteint la mer.
L'intérieur épuré permet de se l'approprier immédiatement, le service est irréprochable;
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité de villages et villes authentiques. La mer est proche, le temps est arrêté. -

We had a great week in italy. Especially the house keeping team were very friendly and did a good job. The house has everything to enjoy life. We will go there again!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen,nachdem wir die Casa Olivi intensiv gesucht haben.War nicht so einfach.
Das Haus ist grossartig,nicht überladen mit persönlichen Objekten,was uns sehr gut gefallen hat.Architektur und Materialien plus ausführung der arbeiten einfach wunderbar.Zimmer hervorragend,alles da nichts zuviel.
Die Lage des Hauses bezaubernd.Aussicht ,Natur,Tiere ,Pflanzen
Das Schwimmbecken ein Kunstobjekt viel gute Ideen.
Toll war das täglich das Haus gereinigt wurde und das von einer liebenswürdigen Person.Wir haben dies sehr geschätzt.
Am wenigsten hat mir der Billard Tisch im Gästehaus gefallen.
Ein normaler Tisch zum Schreiben ,Spielen,auch verrückbar hätte
mir pers. mehr entsprochen.
