The Residence is located on the 9th Floor of the Sky Inn Condotel in Patong Beach, just a short walk to the beach.
The room has a lower and upper floor, on the lower floor are living room and bathroom, on the upper floor are bedroom and cloth compartment.The rooms are luxurious and stylish, spacious and have a homely feel.
Ideal for business travelers or tourists who like something else then the normal hotel room.On the same floor is one of the best gourmet Restaurants as well.

Overall a very nice, clean, quiet pleasant place to stay. Apartment maids and owner were very friendly and helpful.
Don't be fooled by the outside appearance of the building and slow elevators, Rooms on the 9th is actually very well furnished. It has a large number of satellite TV channels, and free WiFi. Although the 9th Floor restaurant is just now the hall, it was surprisingly quite in our room. King size beds were comfy too.
Located on north side of Patong is also convenient with the Oriental and Hanako Spas just outside. The beach a short 10min walk and you find lots of eateries around that area.
Only complains i had with the place are the poorly maintained coffee machine and the lack of a bathtub. -

My stay at the 9th was great. Food is great from the restaurant and you definitely have freedom to come and go with no hitches. There is plenty of equipment including dvd player, stereo, 2 tv's (in the room I was in) and nice decour.
I recommend anybody who wants a great apartment at an affordable price to check this out. -

I like the rooms, they are very modern, nice are, the sleeping room are on the secend floor.
