The apartment is located in the heart of Patong Beach, which is one of the most popular tourist places on the Phuket island in Thailand. And it is a part of Patong Tower Condominium - the tallest building in Phuket with more than 30 floors. The location is very central, as the distance to the beach, entertainments and shopping amenities is pretty short.
First of all there is the direct and short way to the beach. Actually there are 3 ways to go - either along one of the two side streets, or through the cosy restaurant and shopping pedestrian street in the middle, which offers many kind of things such as: Nice and cheap restaurants, massage and beauty parlors, tailors, laundry, supermarket, pharmacy and smaller stalls with many goods.

- Cleaning every 3 days and change of the apartment's bed linen and towels per time
Further cleaning can be ordered when needed. Expenses for power and water will normally be 50-160 Thai Baht per day, but it depends of course on the actual consumption.

We rented this apartement to celebrate christmas and new year in patong. We can only say: Amazing, amazing. The best view in town. The apartement has a great location in the heart of Patong in walking distance from almost everything. The apartement has everything you need for a perfect vacation. If any problems the help is nearby. Cleaningservice was also very good.

"First of all I must say this Sea-View apartment is an excellent place to stay. I stayed at this place for my honey-moon period. When I checked in and entered the room, the bed was decorated with beautiful flowers and my newly married wife was so happy to see it. From the bed room we could see clear sea view and sun set during the evening. We spent most of our time in the room and we enjoyed to stay at the balcony to feel the evening's atmosphere of Patong Beach. I would love to stay there again without any doubt and enjoy this paradise."

I Loved the place.
One we were booked in it was like our own condo.
Probably not recomended for people that want the touristy resort experiance, But if you to know what it would be like to live in paradise this is the experiance for you. Very close to everything. Options are endless. You can go shopping and make your own meals ext or just go down to the many restraunts. I tend to stay in this type of accomodation when we travel and I found this one to be one of the best.
