The house located off Nanai rd , the 4th st from the beach ,so very easy to get to to the house, you can find all you need few minutes walk from the house Nanai road is full of Thai and European style restaurants all within walking distance.
There is both Seven Eleven and Family Mart convenience stores within 50 meters of the house.

Hubby and I stayed here onapril.
The house is ok, it's not fancy, it has the basics, bed is very hard.For the price we could have stayed at a fancy hotel! It's maybe more suitable for 3 young couples or a family to split the cost.
Next door is a car/scooter rental and they start working very early and its noisy, also lots of dogs on the neighbourhood, and they bark a lot and very not relaxing.The air conditioning in the bedroom gets very noisy after its been on for a while, so you either turn it off, and boil, or try to sleep with the noise.
The maid service is amazing, I would recommend that the house to be sprayed ( for mosquitoes) every day after the cleaning as there is a lot of it in the house, and leave a spray for the guest to use.
Elan is 10/10 I couldn't ask for a better person, he's amazing and very helpful, honest and friendly. Very easy to deal with and very prompt with every question.
House is located on Nanai road and a bit of a hassle to explain it to tuk tuk and taxi drivers, after a while we realised that a good reference point is Sutin Car Rent.
The best part of the house is the swimming pool and the sala,good size pool, but neighbours can see the swimming pool so it's not private, even with the high fence.
If you are in a budget and have another 2 couples to share the expenses I would recommend this house, but if you are looking for a bit of luxury, comfort and convenience I would give it a miss, apart from small restaurants, chemist, 7/11, laundry service, divers shop, you will need to take a tuk tuk to go to the shops, Bangla, beach, jungceylon, and it's thb200.00 each way so it's a cost that you need to add to the price of the house, and if you go down more than once it an add up very quickly.
It was a ok stay, but next time we will stay close to the beach and close to Jungceylon as its the centre of Patong.

We were very satisfied with the stay. Te house is nice and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nice tv and sound system, a really nice pool and a large kitchen. The maid service came everyday at 3 and was outstanding! Elan who manages the house was very helpful too. The only thing that makes the house very good and not excellent is that the location is a little bit off and hard to find for people that are not familiar with patong. But all in all it's a lovely house and I really recommend a stay here.

My girlfriend and I plus my 2 single male friends stayed at this villa for about one week in December and we loved it! This villa is located in the center of Patong near several restaurants, bars, and there is an outdoor market just 5-10 minutes walk away. The real beauty lies in the fact that it is a well appointed house with a pool and all the comforts of a home and it is not only close to action, but quiet as well. You will not hear music or partying at night or in the morning, so if you are looking to rest and relax when you're at your villa, it doesn't get much more tranquil than this spot for its close proximity to the action. The maid comes in every day and does a perfect job of making the place look new and gives you fresh towels daily, which really impressed my girlfriend. Elan is a great guy who will answer any questions you have but will not get in your way unless you need his assistance, which is just a phone call away. There is even a scooter/car rental place right next door and they have brand new scooters for 200 baht per day (this was during high season). Basically everything you need is right nearby, even a 7/11 convenience store. We enjoyed the villa very much and enjoyed Elan as a person as well and highly recommend this villa should you choose to stay in Patong.

We where a family of 6 staying at this house,we really felt comfortable here everything was neat,tidy and clean, a cleaner came ever day at 3pm to clean and provide fresh towels. The pool was well maintained.It felt very safe and home like.The location was great a few minutes and your in the heart of all the night life and shops,transport was easy to find on the main road. There was a 7/11 and pharmacy 50mtrs away as well as quite a few restaurants.We really enjoyed hanging around the pool it is such nice outdoor area with a beautiful outdoor shower.The kitchen had everything you need pots and pans glasses etc the fridge had a ice maker.The washing machine was great to have.Although we didn`t hire a car there is plenty of space to park one.Elan is very nice friendly man and was easy to deal with and was helpful with advise about Phuket,we would definitely stay again.I really recommend this house for a great holiday!!

Stayed here in September 2012. The place is furnished well and Elan was great to deal with. The cleaner does a fantastic job and couldn't ask for better. Location is about 3-5 minute drive from Jung Ceylon shopping mall which is basically where all the action is, walking for some might be a bit far.
Reliable car rental place is reliable right next door (1200Baht per 24 hours), 7 eleven about 50 meters away, few restaurants near by too but do try eat in central patong.
I would recommend you rent a car for the duration of your stay here as it will make your life much simpler and car rental prices are so affordable, no excuse not to rent actually.
The house comes with a secure car parking spot as well.
If i was to make a suggestion for improvement, add Tv's in the other bedrooms =). Wifi included so for those who have to do a bit of work you are covered.
Excellent stay and will definitely look at the same place again on our future trips. Already recommended to friends. -

I traveled with three friends for a boys trip. Having said that, place would also be ideal for a family too. Having spent several weeks looking for accommodation,this place was an absolute 'Must' based on price, comfort and location! The place was cleaned each day, fantastic TV and stereo setup! Drinking Chang Beers in the pool while blasting out tunes... priceless!
Place was also incredible safe and security focused! A/C in each room was much appreciated, overall amenities were excellent - fridge was equipped with a filtered water dispenser and ice cube/crushed maker. Beds were super comfy and for a fussy sleeper like me, this was a bonus!
Location was second to none. Close enough to the action yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. 50 meters from the front door there was a 711, two restaurants and great traditional Thai massage places. 5 minutes walk, bars and great food the local ate.
My tip: Hire a car. While the night life in Patong is 'off the chart' we really enjoyed travelling each day to a different beach or tourist spot. There is a rental place 2 minutes near the airport.They picked us up and dropped us off - sweet.
Avoid Tuk tuk's!!! Get a motor bike (100 baht - $4 NZD) to the action, or simply walk it. Bangla Rd... is what it is :P
Would I go back... Absolutely!!!

What a great place to stay in the middle of Patong beach. The pool is excellent and the house is located close to all the attractions. We fell in love with Patong and plan to stay at the same location again next year. The maid service was perfect. We shopped around but for the location, price and private swimming pool, this was the best deal in Patong! We already have plans to come back next year. Highly recommended!

I had a great time with my friends staying at this house. Patong is the heart of Phuket nightlife and there is something for everyone. The beaches are beautiful, but so is relaxing by your own private pool. This house has all the amenities, and is close to the big mall. It was a good deal considering the space, and we were able to stay connected with the free wifi.
