Located high on the hill at the south end of Patong Beach, Baan Paradise has all the convenience of being 3 minutes to the beaches, shopping, dining and nightlife Patong has to offer, but enjoys peace and quiet with absolute privacy.
The Villa comprises of 5 master bedrooms, each with magnificent views over Patong Bay and beyond. The master lounge, complete with stereo and DVD, sits at pool level providing BOSE poolside sounds to accompany the fantastic views. An open plan chef's kitchen services both the inside and outside dining areas. The downstairs entertainment room houses a 60 inch plasma flat screen TV, complete with DVD, stereo and Sony Playstation II as well as an American pool table, making it a great party room or that rainy day retreat.
Rental of this superb vacation villa includes complimentary soft drinks and bottled water as well as a complimentary case of Heineken on arrival. Your 2 resident maids will take care of all your daily needs and your private Villa manager will make sure your stay exceeds your expectations. And of course, we will be at the airport to greet you.

Facilities
This villa is beautifully finished and furnished, complete with rich wooden flooring throughout, all original artwork and antiques and rich fabrics, makes it the Villa that other Villa's are measured against.
Bedrooms
Comprising of 5 master bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom and fantastic views across Patong Bay. From the moment you open your curtains in the morning to the evening sunset and the night lights of Patong, you will never tire of the changing views.
Swimming Pool
The 14 metre, infinity edge pool is the only thing that sits between the Villa and the view. You can lie by the pool or on the teak sunbeds, or sit in the pool with the spa jets massaging your back. It just doesn't get any better than this.
Entertainment Room
The downstairs games room houses an awesome 60 inch, wall mounted plasma TV. The surround sound home theatre comes with DVD and Sony Playstation as well as a selection of the latest movies and games for you to enjoy. Or, if you prefer, an American pool table sits at the other end of the entertainment room with great views of Patong.
Wi-Fi and Broadband PC
Recognising that you want to stay in touch with friends and family, the entire Villa is Wi-Fi enabled. So, if you bring your own laptop that is WiFi enabled, you're connected. We also provide a top of the line broadband PC with scanner and printer so you can make all your friends jealous with pictures from your Villa.
Kitchen
The Villa has 2 full kitchens. On the mid-level, the open plan main kitchen services both the poolside dining as well as inside dining. The lower kitchen is also a full kitchen and can be used for late night entertainment snacks or as a maids kitchen. Both are fully equipped and if you feel inclined to cook yourself, go right ahead.
Staff
The Villa comes with a minimum of 2-resident maids. The will take care of all your daily needs. Your private Villa manager speaks perfect English and will handle your personal needs such as restaurant bookings, tours and recommendations. She is more than capable of arranging afternoon massages and even more exotic things like poolside cabarets for your party or a baby elephant to entertain the children. Just let us know.
Food and Drink
Your rental includes breakfast, 1 complimentary case of soft drinks and 1 case of Heineken on arrival. Complimentary bottled water during your stay. All other Thai meals can be prepared by your personal Thai chef at cost. If you desire a poolside seafood bar-b-q with imported steak and lobster, we will buy it at the market, prepare it to your taste and charge you only what we paid.

All airport transport is provided complimentary.

Check in time 15.00 pm and Check out time is 11.00 am. Late check-out's can be arranged at additional cost and are subject to availability.

We stayed here for 6 nights, 7 adults and 3 children ( 13,7, and 3). It looks just as it does in the photos. The view was amazing, I wasn't sure if I was in Phuket or monte Carlo! The bedrooms are huge and very comfortable. The kids and the adults enjoyed the pool and the snooker table table. It is high on the hill, but you can walk down to Patong in 15-20 minutes. Walking up the hill is for fitness fanatics only! A tuk tuk is only 300 baht up or down the hill (10 aUD). We were well looked after by Joyce , the manager and the 2 house staff, pat and Noy. They did a great breakfast. We had dinner there 3 nights and in town three nights. They are very good Thai cooks. If you have fussy eaters or kids their western skills were good enough for nuggets and fries and fish fingers etc, but I truly recommend the Thai food. We had 3 dinners and three lunches there and the total cost per person was about $25 for the entire stay!. Joyce organized all our tours, which included a trip to Phuket water park, mini golf, go,karting, and a great day trip with our own private speedboat and driver out to phi phi. I thoroughly recommend you stay here!

Everything that past reviewers said about the grandeur of the villa is accurate. This villa is indeed ideal for a large family or large group. The ambience is perfect. The view is gorgeous. The weather is ideal. We had a wonderful time. The fridge contained ample beer, soft drinks and bottled water which we couldn't even finish. the villa is spacious and safe, ideal fornlazing around typing reviews such as this. The pool is large enough and the water quality is good. The staff are courteous and prompt. The manager is accommodating and informational. She always has a keen and positive approach.
Some things that we found could be improved though are:
The staff seem to be new. They are Pat and Noy. They are polite and prompt but their cooking skills can be improved. We had a BBQ on the last night of our stay but everything was overcooked. It's a waste to waste so much good food (2 lobsters, pork chop, beef steak, etc). They simply didn't know how to cook good western or bbq food. I'd advise that you stick to ordering Thai food. And mind you the price need not be necessarily cheap too.
The aV/it in the villa should be upgraded. No equipment can play a USB hard drive. The speaker to the pool is no longer available.
The pool is slippery and quite dangerous. The tiles in the pool came off during our use. The maintenance people simply removed them without any corrective work done to it. One of our young kids suffered bad scratches after rubbing with the edge of the pool which is shanghai concrete. The owner should file the edge with smooth tile instead.
Furniture in the villa is getting dated and some fittings like shower screens etc are getting dirty. These should be replaced. The pillows and bolsters should be replaced with better quality ones.
The owner should take the necessary steps to correct the safety aspect of the pool before a serious injury takes place. -

Fabulous villa that was more than our expectations. Nothing and I mean nothing was to much trouble for Dolly, and the two girls, well we just wanted to take them home with us. They gave us cooking lessons, well tried to. We had two birthdays while there and the girls supplied cakes without us knowing. You didnt know they were around once they had done their work. Stay there...you will never regret it. Even though we all arrived at different times airport pick up was great.

Villa Baan Paradise is truly set in Paradise!!! The view is amazing and the villa is perched high on the hill overlooking Patong Beach.
The Villa's layout suited our family and extended family, there was plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing. From lazing in the beautiful pool or surrounds, to watching tv or playing pool.
The staff were fantastic, Dolly looked after all our requirements, Nang catered for our two coeliac children and nothing was too much trouble. Dolly, Nang and Eid made our stay in the villa totally enjoyable.
We ate at the Villa most nights, as the food worked out very cheap and was absolutely scrumptuous.
We loved our eight days at the villa and would highly recommend it. -

Stayed at Baan Paradise for 10 nights with my family - 2 girls of 18 and 16, plus my brothers family - boy of 20, girl of 21. The holiday and villa was fabulous. We flew in from australia, them from the UK. We were met at the airport by Dolly - the most awsome manager and as my brothers flights were delayed they took us back to the villa and arrnaged a taxi for them. Dinner that night was at 1.00am but was no bother to the staff.
Villa is comfy, spacious with amazing views and outstanding staff - nothing is too much trouble. The staff cooked great fresh breakfast - to your order - fruit, cerial, fresh baked bread, bacon, eggs and the kids favourite banana pancakes. Days spent round the infinity pool or out on trips (Dolly can suggest and book your trips and massages and tailor). Dinner was the best thai food ever - what ever we ordered they shopped for fresh that day and cooked for when we wanted, incredible value - about $5aU per person and so much better than anything we ate out - the girls even gave us a cooking lesson one night. Nothing is too much trouble - they even washed and ironed for us!!
The only downside to the villa is the hill - great for views, not so good for getting around. 250-300 thb will get you a tuk tuk into Patong or Paradise beach but most drivers have no idea where the villa is!!
The villa is a little dated in places but overall a 5 star holiday for a 3 star price. Would recommend to all our friends - in fact already have done.

Stay at Baan Villa with 10 girlfriends from australia for my 40th Birthday. We had the most amazing time.
Our hosts Dolly and Jinda were amazing as were our beautiful maid staff.
Always a smile on their faces and even partied the night of my birthday arranging beautiful food and a great band. I could not fault anything about the Villa or staff and cant wait to return. I never wanted to leave. Thank you so much x -

I have been there 2 times in this year with few friends and there has nothing better than ejoying a beer at infinity pool overlooking patong bay. Service was just amazing, especially Jinda (Villa manager) - The best I have ever received. We all fall in love with this place as soon as we arrived. From the time we put our feet inside till the time we went back to airport, we were treate like royal kings. While returning back home we already were making plans for our next trip and that summarize how amazing was the stay.

I thought I would let you know that we had a great time in Baan Paradise,
Dolly and the girls were terrific and looked after us so well we hated to leave. Not only did Dolly do an amazing job looking after us she was invaluable with her knowledge and did everything with such efficiency.
Both Kloy and Oui were fabulous as well. We ate at the Villa a few times and every time the girls did an outstanding job.
I would highly recommend Baan Paradise,to any one.
