Just a great place. A tuk-tuk ride too pretty much anywhere! We had a lot fun. Elan was extremely helpful and so friendly.
We stayed there for 6 nights and had a ball! The pool is great and the place was awesome and so clean.
If you are having a long stay in Phuket def the place to go :) -

I stayed 2 weeks in this villa with 2 other french guys on December, 2012 and our holidays was amazing.
The villa was perfect because of the 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, tv, internet connexion, air conditionned in all rooms. The picture are reals and the villa is still better than you can imagine.
Every days, a lady clean the villa, change towels, fold and store our stuff, this is very significant..
The villa is ideally located because it's in a quiet area with a lots of good restaurant less expensive than in a tourist place, and the villa is far about 5 min in tuk tuk of Bangla road wich is the most amazing street I've seen in my life to party.
The welcome of Elan was also simple and very sympathic as the spirit of people on this island.
To conclude, I recommend this villa to stay in Patong for 4 people without hesitation. -

My family of 6 stayed at Elan's villa for 5 nights and we have nothing but praise and gratitude to say. Both Elan & Stefan met us at the villa when we arrived and were both very hospitable and always available when we needed them. Elan even organised a private driver to pick us up from the airport (at our expense) but was fantastic to know we wouldn't have any trouble getting to the villa. The location is absolutely perfect - we were able to walk into the main street of Patong from the villa (about 20 minutes) however there were always tuk-tuks passing by right outside the villa if we wanted. The villa itself is stunning!! Large private pool, very generous sized bedrooms throughout and air conditioners in every room. When we return to Phuket we will definitely be staying at Elan's villa again. A+++ for accommodation, location and service!! Thank you Elan and Stefan, you helped make our family holiday a very memorable one!!

I did not physically stay at this property. I had booked this property through Elan after seeing a listing of his online. While the circumstances surrounding my reservation changed and I had to wind up cancelled my trip to Phuket, Elan was a pleasure to work with through this whole process. As a property manager he is very patient and communicative. I would highly recommend working with him in the future.
We worked together to reserve this property through various payment routes and when I unfortunately had to ask for refund of my deposit and cancel my trip Elan was more than professional with my request. He responded to my request in excellent time and returned my deposit to me as promised and with no disdain. He is a top notch and professional property manager. -

We stayed in this villa for a week and can't say enough good things. Patong is a great place, and have a luxurious place to stay only made things perfect. The pool was refreshing, and while it was close to everything, it was peaceful when back at the Villa.
I would recommend this villa for a group of friends, or a family. It is very spacious and has all the needed amenities including daily maid service. -

Spent four wonderful days, (& nights), at this beautiful pool villa in the heart of Pa tong. The amenities were great. Nice pool, friendly efficient staff met our every needs. It was clean, quiet, yet a couple of minutes from everywhere... Would highly recommend.
