Awesome big luxurious villa. 4 spacious bedrooms one with access to the rooftop. Beautiful pool with a gorgeous view of Patong. Big living room, dining area and kitchen. I love this villa and will be staying here again, thank you Elan!

May I just say that Elan deliveres his promise. The Villa is located on the hillside, just above Patong with some fantastic views. It has a perfect charm to it and is totally luxurious and has a pleasant surprise which those who have stayed, can vouch! This is a 4 bedroom Villa by the way. Very spacious, very cleen and extremely comfortable and you'll feel like the king of this castle. May I also suggest you organise a Taxi driver on call for all your trips around the island.One was recomended by a work colleague who we absolutely think everyone should to give him a go. Mr. Wit, a young gentlemen, trustworthy. Contact No: +66(0)835064796. Mr. Wit has luxury a 7 seater. Elan, the property manager looked after us from the word go. He even met us at the local 7Eleven for a quick greating and showed us up to the Villa. We can not thank him enough for his professionalism with his laid back attitude. He said "you are on holiday, don't worry". We shall be back the next time we visit Phuket.So don't hesitate, I thoroughly recomend this.

I stayed at this villa with 4 others friends (all is 20's) for just over 4 days. The villa itself was just beautiful! As soon as you walk in, your breath is taken time and time again, thinking 'is all this really ours! The view over Patong is great, both at day and night!
All the bedrooms are huge (master size). The villa itself is split into 5 levels. The bottom level is a bedroom, which the window actually being the pool! So you can watch people swim, which was very cool (they should advertise this, as it was very cool). The only problem with the bottom room was that there is a pool room attached. It has the motor and equipment and can be loud at times.
The pool is a perfect size, but don't expect a olympic size pool. It's just right for 6 adults to drink it comfortably.
Elan the villa caretaker, was wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. He was very helpful, especially when we needed an air conditioner repaired. He even gave us a mobile phone to use for our time there.
The only real issue was the location. Even though it was a beautiful surrounding and great view, it's just a little far from Patong. Now we knew this when we booked it, but if you expect to be walking distance to places, don't be! It is up a large hill and then down a steep hill. We just got a few tuk tuk drivers numbers and called them, saving us the walk. It will cost about 300 Baht into Patong and from Patong it will cost about 400 Baht back as its hard for the tuk tuks to go up the big hill. It was also very hard to describe exactly where we were staying to the tuk tuk drivers, as it wasn't a real address as such. We just described local hotels.
All in all, if you want a quite, beautiful place to stay, this is perfect. Definitely not for the elderly or for people who don't/can't walk up steep hills. Highly recommend! -

We had the privilege to spend the last few days of our Honeymoon Thailand trip at this Villa and we loved it !!!, , the location, the beautiful house,the view private swimming pool were all just amazing!!! Perfect ending to our perfect honeymoon, which began in North of Thailand If you visit Phuket I strongly recommend you to stay at Villa! The l pictures on the website don't do justice to the place -!Thank you Elan for the wonderful stay! We really, really hope to find time to come back soon!!

Nothing bad to say about the place.
Everything was as advertised (the rooms are actually bigger than we expected) and ensured we had a great 5 days in Phuket.
Elan was both helpful and informative and his unobtrusive and friendly manner was a welcome change to some other owners I have encountered in the past.
The hill is a bit steep especially if on foot and not wheels (hiring the latter is recommended) but the panoramic view of the bay is a more than adequate pay off.

we where a group of 7 friends that stayed in the villa This house is really nice large villa, very nice sea view ,clean swimming pool only few minute drive to the beach and night life ,Bangla rd , very private and nature environment , 2 minutes walk to the main rd ,we had wonderful time ,great service , Thank you Elan ,definitely will be back ,
