Two villas next door together can be rented as a 9 Bedroom Beach Villa (one 6 bedroom and one 3 bedroom)
Villa 1 β Lounge/Kitchen
The lounge features full width concertina doors which open up directly to the pool for maximum indoor and outdoor living. It has a large flat screen Satellite TV and DVD player. The fully equipped western kitchen is where your private Chef will prepare your meals, or of course you are welcome to use it yourself. Chefβs specialty is Thai food, but she can easily cook English breakfast, poolside snacks or even a BBQ and she can whip up a tasty fruit shake. Preparation of all food is complimentary, you... only pay for ingredients. We will also put some bottled water and a case of soft drinks of your choice in the fridge for your stay, all with our compliments.
You can dine at either the indoor dining table, or you can use the outside pool sala and have the best private beachside dining in Phuket. Both areas seat 10 people.
Villa 2 β Lounge/kitchen
The villa is built across two levels, with virtually every room having sea views. The fully equipped Western Style kitchen and breakfast bar is open with the living and dining area. There are concertina style windows opening onto the sun terrace and swimming pool. The terrace also features an outdoor dining table. The indoor dining table comfortably seats 8 people.
9 Bedrooms
Two bedrooms are located on the lower level of the Villa both with private en-suite. One bedroom is a double, the other twin. Two further double bedrooms can be found on the top level and they share a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a small lounge with flat screen TV and also has a sofa bed which is perfect for any young children that might want to stay with mum and dad.
The master bedroom is as close to the ocean and sand as you can possibly get, and benefits from large concertina glass doors that open out onto your private balcony giving amazing views of the sea and across to Patong Beach. There is another single bedroom and a bedroom with a sofa bed. These rooms are more suited for children as they are smaller rooms, but still comfortable. All 6 bedrooms benefit from air conditioning and furnished with soft fresh linens and towels, you also have robes and slippers to chill out around the villa.
Bedrooms β 2nd villa
Bedroom 2 is furnished with a king size bed, dressing table, lots of closet space and a separate bathroom with shower. This bedroom has a private entrance, and can also be accessed through large sliding doors open from the living room, giving the bedroom ocean front views.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, TV, dressing table, armchair and private terrace with two chairs and a table overlooking the beach and private pool. The en-suite bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath and separate shower.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds which can easily convert into a king size bedroom (if required), there is also ample closet space, TV and en-suite bathroom with shower. This bedroom also benefits from beach and sea views.
Private Beach
The Villa is situated directly on the sand and enjoys breathtaking sunset views over Patong Bay. At high tide the water is good for swimming and snorkelling as in front of the Villa is a protected reef. At low tide, the beach is rocky and you can go exploring the rock pools. There are no jet skis and no beach sellers.
Private Pools
Two pools with built in Jacuzzi right outside your lounge, and the pool is the only thing between you and the beach. Surrounding the pool terrace are sun loungers on which beach towels are provided. There are also further seating options and a poolside sala.
Business Centre
If you really have to stay connected with the office during your holiday, we have a complete business centre for your use complete with 7 seat boardroom table, computer, and printer, photocopiers and 2Mbit Internet connection. Donβt forget the views this business centre offers - 180 degree ocean front location. Of course if you would rather lounge by the pool with your laptop, the Wi-Fi extends throughout the villa.
Additional Information
The resident staff will keep the villa clean and comfortable and there is also a villa manager who speaks perfect English and will help you with anything you might need.
