THIS IS A RENTAL OF THE WHOLE 5 Bedroom COMPLEX. THE POOL AND COMPLEX IS NOT SHARED WITH ANYBODY. This modern luxury villa is set in Kathu, Phuket. On the main road between the airport and Patong Beach. Airport 28 kilometres, Phuket Town 7 kilometres, Patong Beach 7 kilometres, International school and golf course close by.Private pool with Jacuzzi. This is a 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa. Five of the rooms are available for rent in price shown (with 6th bedroom available on request at 1500 Thai Baht per night extra, sleeps one.). Four double bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The master bedroom (1) overlooks the swimming pool and has an en suite shower room. Bedroom (2) is at the back of the house and also has an en-suite shower room. Room 3 and 4 share an en-suite bathroom. These rooms all have King Size beds wooden furniture and air conditioning. On the second level is bedroom 5 with Queen Bed and air conditioning. The four main rooms come with a double sofa bed, sleeps one adult or 2 kids. Can sleep up to 14 guests including sofa beds. Or 15 persons if include 6th bedroom. The villa has a huge open plan living room, dining area and European style kitchen. Within the open plan area is an aquarium, bar, leather sofa, 65 inch flat screen TV, CD player, dining table with 6 chairs.The house comes equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. Iron and ironing board.The villa has fibre optic Wi-Fi and satellite TV including English Premier League football matches and Movie channels. A DVD player is also supplied. There are many DVDs and music CDs which you are welcome to use.The kitchen has an oven, microwave, electric ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, cold water dispenser, crockery and cutlery, double door fridge freezer. There are some other utensils and equipment belonging to the owner are not in the contract but you are welcome to use.Outside the house is a swimming pool with Jacuzzi, surrounded by stone wash patio area. The car park can accommodate several cars, motorbikes. The gate is electric and controlled by remote control. To the front of the villa is a waterfall feature with LED lights. There is outside seating area ( 16 people )around the pool plus at the front of the villa.The land size is approximately 880 sq. metres. The building size is approximately 550 sq. metres.

Close to Golf course, local convenient stores, restaurant and bar in walking distance. International school approximately 10 minutes drive. Main shops in Kathu 5 minutes drive. Car or motorbike hire can be arranged by us so you can easily get around the island. Local area has quad bike hire, snake farm, Tiger Kingdom, go-kart racing, bungee jump, gun range, water skiing, market, shops and bars.

No pets. No smoking inside building. This is a rental for families and friends. It is not for sublet or commercial use.Suitable for families wanting an affordable holiday at a luxury pool villa in a great location.

Electric allowance and water is included.Cleaning once weekly and by additional cost and arrangement additional cleaning is available. A refundable damage deposit of 15,000 Baht is payable. Water and services (WiFi, cable TV ) included.

Car hire on request. Airport pick up can be arranged, tge fee dependent on number of people.

Electric free 40 KW units per day, excess paid by guest to owner in cash at 9 Baht per excess unit, according to meter.

Quotes based on minimum number of days for any given period when the quotation required is less than the minimum number of days. Example: minimum number of days 7 days but inquiry is for 3 days, then quotation will be based on 7 days, not 3 days.
