This unique apartment is in the best and most sophisticated location of Pattaya in Pratumnak. It is a very quiet residencial area close to the beach but only a 5 minutes drive to Pattaya downtown with the famous Walking Street or to Jomtien. In walking distance you find restaurants, shops, super market, massage spa.

The area is called Pratumnak Hill and is the most sophisticated area of Pattaya. Its a very quiet place but due to its perfect location just between South Pattaya and Jomtien you can reach the nightlife and shopping malls within just a 5 minutes drive but you can enjoy to stay in a quiet and relaxing area without the noise of Pattaya downtown.
Also its just 700m away from the most beautiful beach of Pattaya-called Dong Tang beach.

The owner coped with the first contract very kindly.
Check-in was possible at 9:00 a.m.
A reception, other staff calls out to friendly very much, too.
The room was very clean and spent it with cleanliness comfortably.
The daylight hours of the swimming pool are short.
We bathed in the sun in the roof.
I constructed it, but was not always interested.
Because we borrowed a motorcycle for three weeks, we were simple to go to the downtown.
Only there did not like a water splash probably because of the shape of the faucet of the kitchen awfully alone.
I wanted the vacuum cleaner for carpets.
I want to borrow this room from the next.
Please be careful at night because there are many stray dogs. -

Good condo in a decent location away from all the madness so that you could relax a bit. Walking st. was only 5 mins away on the motorbike. The balcony had a very nice view of the water and I was glad that they had a 24/7 security guard downstairs.
