We stayed here from 26th January for almost 2 weeks. I have stayed at other properties in Viewpoint before but this place is the last word in luxury. Upon arrival we were greeted by Peter who showed us around the villa and even took us into Pattaya central to pick up our hire car, thank you again Peter!! The villa is huge, the downstairs is open plan with a kitchen to die for it's excellent, the coffee maker (bean to cup) was especially welcome. Three of the bedrooms are ensuite and 3 have large balconies especially the front room. In the louge area all the doors are concertina so can be fully opened up and make a super entertaining area. It was our daughter's first birthday whilst we were out there so we have our Thai family & friends join us for a BBQ party (excellent BBQ better than mine at home).
The jewl in the crown for the villa has to be the outside living space and of course the pool, which is amazing and very big, much better than other villa pools. There are many good places to eat nearby Coco's serves very good western & Thai foo we ate here on several occassions.

One month ago we stayed with our family in this house for 19 nights and we like this place so much! I think this property is the most amazing place we have ever stayed in Thailand. All in and outside the villa is perfect and from high quality. Huge open living-room near the privatepool with big slide doors to make everything open and you can enjoy in and outside at the same time. Everything was very clean and the maid staff very friendly. They had a great service and clean the house everyday. For electric we get everyday 75 units free and they charged 5 baht overuse what everybody pay normally so very good. Also free Wifi internet.
The house is private and located in a very quite area. Its only around 10-15 minute drive to Pattaya city and 800 meters from Jomtien beach.
We will come back 100% next year and recommended it to all our friends.

July holiday in Jomtien
Spend my last holiday in this luxury house and was very satisfied.
Everything in this house is from high quality for Thai norms.
Very nice swimming pool with large Jacuzzi.
The house is very clean and will be cleaned every day.
The security cameras around the house give me an extra secure feeling
Good located, not far from Jomtien beach.
The owner is very helpful and flexible
Overall a really good stay. -

Last summer ( Juli, Augustus 2012) i spend my time with friends in this poolvilla. We had a amazing time here, big 5 bedroom house with private pool and jacussi in and out side the house! Rooms are big and have there own badroom. Good maid service everyday and nice dutch owner.
Location is very nice 800m from Jomtien beach. Pattaya(walkingstreet) with taxi is like 10-15min so not to far.
The village park is located in a quiet area.
Next year we will come back for sure, thanks for nice stay
