Spacious 4 bedroom villa with private pool only 1kms walk from Jomtien beach! Walking Street/Central Pattaya is only 10 minutes away by baht bus taxi. Our Villa is fully furnished with great furniture, sofas, fully fitted European kitchen. Fully air conditioning in all rooms. Free fast speed Wi-Fi connection and cable tv included in the the price! bedrooms are of good double size. The lounge is very spacious and open plan with plenty separate seating and eating areas. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted. The exterior has 2 separate seating and sunbathing areas with sun loungers to relax and enjoy Thailand's great all year climate. There is a exterior sofa & chair area. The outside area is very private. We have been in the holiday rentals business for along time so we know what our guests expect while coming on vacation! There even is Free Maid Cleaning Service and Free Customer Care Manager Service included in the price!

Getting around

The villa is located 15 minutes taxi ride away from Walking Street/Central Pattaya. We have a private taxi number that can pickup up to 10 people to Central Pattaya for approx 300 Thai Baht. If you walk to Jomtien beach front 1.2 kms away you can also find local Thai Baht Buses that you share with locals and tourists that can take you to Central Pattaya every 2 Minutes for only 20 baht per person.

Interaction with guest

My manageress with meet you on arrival and check-in and check-out. We can also arrange and book airport transfer to the villa if required. My manager will be available to answer and help with any questions if required with telephone number. We allocate you 40 units = 200 Thai Baht free electric per day, over usage amount 7 baht per unit is charged.
