Mr. Bugs is an upscale beach house, spacious and comfortable for the 8 adults in our group,. The great room and kitchen, with a deck across the whole oceanfront, was comfortable and well planned, with a separate bar area, two dishwashers, a good sized walk in pantry, and large dining table to seat eight or ten. Each floor had a washer and dryer, and there was a second refrigerator on the lower floor. The bedrooms (6) were nicely furnished, and bathrooms were large. The oceanfront location was great, and the boardwalk to the beach had a gazebo at the halfway point. The elevator was a real bonus for getting those suitcases and groceries up to the bedrooms and kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning next year. The location is great, close to good shopping and restaurants in North Litchfield and Pawley's Island, and after Labor Day the beach is quiet and peaceful.

The layout of the house was great. We love the porches and the view from the upstairs living/kitchen area. The only problem I had with the house was the water pressure for the showers and the temperature of the water. The water never got hot enough. The pressure of the showers were pretty weak - the outside shower was too weak to even use
