Always the people at Dunes are courteous and willing to help with any requests. We have rented this home several years and it works well in several ways. The 2 seating areas on separate floors offer a place to "get away", as do the 2 screened porches. The gathering areas on top floor are large enough to accommodate our entire party of 6 adults and 6 children, and guests. The location is fabulously close to the walkway and the beach. The ocean is in view. The only thing we feel needs updating is the refrigerator. It could be larger. The house suits us! We also love the gifts upon arrival! Repeat the Red Insulated Bag!
