Our family rented Summer Breeze for two weeks this past June and had one of the best vacations ever! We have been vacationing in Litchfield Beach for the past 20 years and love the area. Summer Breeze was such a treat to rent! Everyone at Dunes Realty is a professional and treated us very well, especially Caroline. Thank you again!

Summer Breeze is a wonderful rental. The location of the home is spectacular. Everything is conveniently located, and no one could ask for more comfortable surroundings.
The only negative thing I can say is the that there was a lot of dust in the home, with lots of dust bunnies under the bed on the mail floor. Also, the floors needed to be cleaned. Of course, this is not the fault of the owners, and should be addressed with the cleaning service.
