We absolutely Love Litchfield Beach and Shipyard Village is the best condo/location we have stayed in. B38 needs some major upgrading. Furniture is outdated and needs replacing. The TV/Entertainment system in the main living room is a joke. This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed in the condo and were really hoping there would be some improvements since last year. This year the ice maker was out of order, which was a hassle as well. The weekly price is very high $2600/week compared to much nicer condos in the Gulf. The refrigerator is way out of date and the cabinets/countertops need upgrading. Again, location is excellent, but for that much $, you need to upgrade your condo or lower the weekly rate.
