We needed a large house for our family get together at the beach. When we saw this house online it was meant to be. Check in was quick and easy. When we arrived at the house our jaws dropped, it was even more beautiful than the pictures can show. Each bedroom is large and has it's own bathroom and aC thermostat. The house has all hardwood floors and is very open and welcoming. The screened in porch was our favorite! We loved all of the rocking chairs and the hammock. The kitchen was nice and had most everything you would need as far as pots, utensils, etc. We did buy a few wine glasses and left them there for everyone else to use. The pool was awesome! It was great to be able to spend the day at the beach and come back to use the pool, not to mention it was only about a minute walk to and from the beach. The rooftop deck was a great view especially for watching sun rises or sun sets. There was plenty of room for cars to park, we had 7 cars all parked in the driveway. They have an elevator, so this house is perfect for anyone with disabilities. You do have to sign a waiver, we chose not to use it. As for things to do close by, the Pawley's Island Hammock shops are a hit and they have restaurants and stores all within 5-10 minutes from the house. The beach is clean and not crowded at all, the water was warm and the the waves were perfect. This was one of the best vacations we have had. The only complaint is that for such a large house the refrigerator was just too small. It would be nice to have an extra freezer or refrigerator. Also, there is a huge gas grill that was not working. There was a charcoal grill but it was not very big. Other than those 2 things, this house was perfect! Great for families, young and old and everything in between.

Check in was fast, house roomy and easy to navigate, very short walk to the beach.Problem with wireless internet quickly fixed by Dunes realty. Adapts well to large family and pool a real bonus. One minor drawback no king size bed
