Incredible three story home sitting right on the beach of Pawleys Island features beautiful views and great beach accessibility This home has three covered porches and two open decks.
First floor has foyer, five bedrooms and three baths. Bedrooms consist of on first floor 2 Queen and 6 twins.
Second floor has kitchen, den, dining room, living room, master bedroom with 1 King and two and a half baths.
Third floor is a loft with sitting room facing the ocean and two twin beds.
Also features central H/VAC, ceiling fans, wet bar, 2 cable TV's, VCR, Wireless Internet, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and microwave.

Best location on the isalnd for a family that stays on the beach and in the ocean. House accomodates all from our 1 month old to our 63 year old great grandparents who could watch the baby and not miss any of the action on the beach viewing it all from the house on any floor. Total family fun comfort at our doorstep!

The location was great! We enjoyed the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Window coverings and doors need some work.

Our week's stay at Pawleys Lighthouse was a fun, relaxing time with friends. Weather did not cooperate but we made the most of our time with Happy Hours, Playing Games, etc. The home was spacious; all having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. We were disappointed no Tv's in all bedrooms. We loved the house as close to the beach as it was, no walkways over dunes. Kitchen was well stocked to meet our needs. We had a major rain storm, the roof started leaking, and someone was there to look into the problem within a couple of hours of my phone call. The leaking was not a problem for us, we were just concerned more major damage would happen with the heavy rains we had. We definitely would go back for another vacation; hopefully better weather and fishing when we do.

The Lighthouse has the most beatiful views and accessible beach access I have ever enjoyed. The home has a great 3rd floor perch that really gives access to the breezes and sounds of the ocean. It is also nice that the house is slightly removed in front of the neighbors so that there is less noticeable noise from neighbors. I can't really think of anything that I didnt really like about the house, except that it needs a few more newer rocking chairs on the decks.

Enjoyed the home but the price was high. Quality of the home was average. Being on the beach is great and relaxing. Over all a good time was had.

We have been in this home more than once so, obviously we like it. We have a couple of suggestions that would actually perfect this home. They include 1)move the laundry facilities OUT of the bedroom they are currently in to perhaps the hallway closet area; 2) instead of having private bathrooms in the downstairs bedrooms, open them to accommodate the two bedrooms that are on either side. A portion of the fabulous porches should be screened with a hammock. With these changes, this would be the perfect beach home with it's close proximity to the ocean's edge. We loved the surf actually rolling underneath the decking. And, of course the turtles nesting close by made for great teachable moments for the children. Thanks for the memories!
