This exceptional oceanfront home is located in North Litchfield which is an area known for its quiet beaches and wonderful, nearby bike path.
Home features two comfortable living rooms, spacious wrap around screened porch, large kitchen, central H/VAC, cable TV, wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, wet bar w/icemaker, den, outside shower, deck, plus boardwalk to the beach.
Bedding consists of 2 Queens, 3 Doubles, and 5 Twins.
Max Occupancy: 15 Saturday to Saturday rental

The house was ready early and the rental office let us know we could get in. The house was great -- we've stayed there for several years and appreciate the updates and convenient arrangement for our 13 member family.
Terry Kinard solved a nagging curtain problem with good cheer and efficiency.
The ease of access to the beach and the large kitchen are two amazing features that we enjoy. There is room for all of us to sit down together for meals.

Our week in the Smith House was the 19th consecutive summer we'd spent our beach week there. We love the location, and all the good memories we associate with staying there.

We had 13 people from 2 months to 95 years. There was room for everybody and access to the beach was convenient and easy. Since we cooked all our meals, the kitchen was very important to us and met our needs extremely well. There was room for several of us to work at once. The porch is great and accomodated children's games and family visits

Good house, though the airconditionar unit broke the third day we were there so it got a very warm. The rental company did what they could by providing small window unit, but it was still very warm. It was fixed 3 days later. The ammenidities are good for a large family. Would be really nice if there was in enclosed outdoor shower with hot water to shower and shampoo little ones before going in...outdoor shower now is not enclosed and only has very cold water. Love the large indoor dens for relaxing and spreading out. Great large screened in porch!

From the time we walked up to obtain the key at the office we had an enjoyable time at this house. The home has a wonderful area to walk out onto the beach or just sit and watch the sun come up in the morning. The kitchen was spacious enough to support two cooks, which we loved. The screened in porched and the wrap around porch is wear most of our time was spent relaxing. We have young children and young adults and the location of the neighborhood was perfect for all. We enjoy dealing with the Lachicotte company and plan on continuing our visits.

In August of 2008, I rented this property for a family vacation. The house was beautiful, fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and located very convenient for shopping and family entertainment. The few
problems we did have were promptly taken care of by the realty company. The area was great for families as we has 6 small children. I highly recommend the Smith House 22 for any family looking for a wonderful vavation. Barbara McGowan
