Oceanfront house on the south end of Pawleys Island with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Bed sizes: 4 queens, 4 singles, 1 trundle (single), and 1 queen size sleeper sofa. This is the first house on the south end that fronts both the ocean and the creek. Very nicely decorated with a relaxing beachy feeling. Amenities included: 7 TVs, 3 dvds, wireless internet, stereo, ceiling fans, screened and unscreened porch, rocking chairs, outside shower, gas grill, washer/dryer, and covered parking. Linens Not Included. No Pets. No Smoking. SUNDAY ARRIVAL FOR WEEKLY RENTALS.Capacity:13

This was our 4th year to vacation at the Hiller Villa 11. We had lived for 19 years just north of it , till we out grew it...We have spent 34 years @ Pawleys Island, S. C..
This house is a wonderful family home. Our Grandchildren Just love to come down to S.C. -

We have been coming to Pawleys Island for the passed 32 years. The last 3 years we have lived @ Hiller Villa II. They have made us feel like this is our second home.

This is the 4th house that we have rented in the 30 plus years we have been coming to P.I. This is a Great house you feel like home..This was the best move for us.
We love the screened porch,the deck is Great for little people. We love everything about this house... It is family frendly house -

Wow. That's sums it up...
We had five couples stay at the Hiller Villa for a wedding week. The home is right on the beach on Pawley's Island and is sandwiched by the river inlet. The home came has a bunch of beach toys, fishing rods, stereo and a nice big Hdtv.
We were like kids playing on the beach, fishing in the river, BBQ over beers at night - it was simply great. The Dieter Company was very accommodating to a few custom needs we had and the check in was seamless.

We recently checked into the Hiller Villa II for a long wedding weekend. There are 5 couples and the home is plenty big to fit everyone comfortably. The home was extremely clean when we checked in and Dieter Co.'s office is literally no more than 2 miles away.
There is tons of large communal space for the group to hang out and it's backyard is literally the beach! This is a fantastic property! -

we have been coming to Pawley's for 45 years...this was the first time we stayed in this house as we needed to switch weeks and our regular house was rented...loved this house except the kitchen was not very cooking friendly...needs cleaning up also...would recommend getting a hammock for the porch as well as rocking chairs

House was very nice and comfortable; well maintained. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 8 teenagers, though 6th bedroom was small. Wished it had a creek dock, but marsh view was as good as ocean view. Enjoyed stay and would rent again. Only disappointment was lack of grill, as advertised. There was one there but it was rusted and about to fall apart.
