Very nice condo and beach. For the most part clean and well-equipped. The kitchen is a little bare on cooking utensils and the bathroom is missing a towel bar. Otherwise, we had a great time and the condo is best suited to 4 or fewer persons.

These accommodations are perfect for a couple who want a great beach getaway. The quarters are tight and not much more than a suite with kitchenette. However the beach, grounds, pool, location, and view are superior. Very comfortable and cozy for two!!

We are a family of three. We stayed at Bridgewater 325 for the 4th of July week, it was a great location and very comfortable, clean and so close to the ocean. The unit was just perfect for what we needed. It was a hot week and the day we arrived one of the aC units broke but we called in and very quickly it was replaced by a brand new one. Overall we loved our stay we would definitley come back.

We had an absoulutely wonderful week. The weather was perfect and I love the beach at Litchfield. We spent the days on the beach which were not overly crowded and the evenings in the pool or in Myrtle Beach which is close enough to visit. This was our third trip to Litchfield and look forward to returning in the future. Condo was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the balcony view my only complaint was it needs a few more cooking utensils. Otherwise, its beautifully decorated and beds are comfortable. Had a minor maintenace issue that was quickly resolved. All in all a wonderful experience.

Bridgewater 325 was great! Being right on the beach and having the wonderful pool was awsome! The only thing I would bring next time is some good knives and maybe an extra skillet. Thats only if you plan on eating in!

This condo has been a real "crowd-pleaser" ! It is new to our rental program this year and the owner renovated it in the off-season. She decorated it with a golf theme since that is a big part of our area - we have quite a few renown golf courses. You're right - this is not a condo for a crowd - but for a small family or couple it is great! Come back soon!
