BEACH GEAR: Receive $250 credit toward beach gear rentals by VayK Gear! Make your vacation FUN and EASY by having your favorite beach equipment delivered to your rental home. Reservation must be 7 to 21 nights between Apr 1 and Oct 31.
MAIN FLOOR: (1 bedroom) 2 SINGLES, 1 full bath, kitchen, dining/living area opens out to sundeck w/view of lake and saltmarsh.
SECOND FLOOR: (1 bedroom) 1 QUEEN, 1 full bath, and laundry room.
AMENITIES: Flat screen cable TV-2, DVD-1, internet access, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, lakeside sun deck, covered patio, grill, covered parking, private community pool, beach gear credit.
ACCESSIBLE AMENITIES: 7 miles of soft sandy beach, boardwalk access to beach w/ rinsing shower, 7 lighted outdoor tennis courts, coffee shop, spa & salon, bicycle rentals, biking and walking paths, lakeside fishing, and close proximity to prominent golf courses and trendy eateries.
HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: For weekly stays, rent includes departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. For stays of 5 nights or less and for monthly stays, rental linens are optional at time of booking for an additional cost. High touch surfaces are sanitized one more time on turnover inspections.
LENGTH OF STAY: Weekly stays only, year round. Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
CHECK IN: Access is given no earlier than 4:00 P.M. Priority is given to assuring the rental home is clean and inspected first. Guests must check-in at the Litchfield Real Estate office located at 12980 Ocean Highway 17, Pawleys Island SC 29585. If you expect to arrive after 5:00 PM EST or on a Sunday, call Litchfield Real Estate ahead of your travel date for instructions.
NEW RESORT FEE: A daily parking fee, per vehicle, might one day be implemented by the Litchfield by the Sea community HOA based on rental use. Once initiated, this fee will be added to your rental charges and is due with the final payment. As of now, there is no fee.

“Heron Marsh 99”
Unit was very nice, location is great. Had to contact Litchfield Real Estate three times to have old laundry removed, but can't hold the owner responsible for that. We would stay here again!

As it turns out all of our attempts to help correct the problem during your stay was futile as the trouble stemmed from an outside issue which was taken care of on a scheduled repair by Frontier Communications. The current guest tells us they are able to stay connected while on the internet. By the way, the owners do have a pet and are usually meticulous with their departure clean.
