We have been renting from Litchfield Real Estate for several years, and our experience has always been very good. Our favorite is Inlet Point - Bldg. 13. We've stayed at 3 different rentals in that building, and have always been happy with the amenities that we expect.
13C was exceptionally well stocked with every kitchen item one could want. Towels were abundant.
My only suggestion is that the unit needed a fresh coat of paint. Also, the mattresses in both bedrooms were a bit lumpy and soft. The entire exterior of the building needed a bit of a face lift.
With that said, we will continue to come to Inlet Point. It's family oriented, safe, and has a wonderful beach.Response from Litchfield Real Estate - 07/09/2012

We know Inlet Point has been working in the off-seasons to "freshen up" the outsides of the buildings and will hopefully take care of this one soon! We hope to see you again very soon!

We loved this condo. Excellent view of the ocean with floor to ceiling windows. Yes, the beach access walkway was close but it really wasn't a problem since it is not a busy walkway. Nice accommodations! My only complaint was that the wireless internet wasn't working upon arrival, and no one could help me getting it to work at the Litchfield Real Estate office...they ultimately gave me access to the Wi-Fi in an adjacent unit so I did have access for the week but was on the phone trying to troubleshoot for an hour with no success when I first arrived.

The condo was nice except for mold on the shower wall and shower curtain. No Tv's in the bedrooms. The patio furniture was old and broken. Plenty of clean towels, the beds were nice. The kitchen was well stocked and appliances in good working order. The washer and dryer was also nice. The view was fantastic. Easy access to the beach which was not crowded. Two very nice pools. We also had a nice dock to go crabbing or fishing. Elevator and a nice covered place to park your cars. We rented bicycles and had lots of room to ride. It it well secured and would go back.

Everything as far as we were concerned was excellent, tip top. The only slight negative was the closeness of the walkway to the beach to the condo which somewhat compromised its privacy, but not a big deal.
