My family had a wonderful time staying at this condo. The condo was very comfortable. The area was beautiful. Renting a golf cart made getting back and forth to the beach very easy. We will definately stay here in the future.

This condo was perfect for our family of 8. We had plenty of room and the unit was nicely appointed and very clean. We rented bikes and a golf cart which made getting back and forth to the beach very easy. We also spent several afternoons and evenings enjoying the pool. Despite the heat, some days we were the only family at the pool.

Property was nice and clean. Most everything was in good order and worked properly. Shower doors worked but were a little difficult to open and close. Drains in large bedroom downstairs need attention. Overall we were happy with the property and would stay there again.

We stayed in this unit last year, 2011, and chose it again for Spring Break this year. It is a beautiful home, extemely well furnished and maintained. The kitchen has everthing you need. The community is outstanding. The grounds and amenities are wonderful.

We had a wonderful time at Lakside 72-A, the housing was recently painted, and all furnishing were neat and clean. We would definitely rent there again. The rental agent, Trish, was there whenever we needed her. I thought that the property came with towels and as there was none at the property when we arrived, and it was after 7 p.m. Trish returned my call right away, and came over within the hour with towels for our stay. The one negative was the refrigerater needed repair and we lost approximately $150. in recently purchased food. The repair was done within 24 hours, but it didn't help us, as we had to throw out all frozen and refrigerated food and start again.

Booking this unit the day before we arrived was the easiest thing to do, especially when we waited until the last minute to get away during Spring Break. Beautiful unit, immaculate, great price ... only 4 stars for location because it is a 10-minute walk to beach and with the construction at beach house and units, made getting to the beach tricky.
