PET FRIENDLY - Off-ocean., 3rd row house with easy access to beach. 5 bedrooms (4 main, 1 ground level) and 3 baths (2 main, 1 down). Bed sizes: 5 doubles and 1 set of bunk beds. Covered porch on front, screened porch on back. Amenities include: cable TV’s, VCR, DVD, outside shower, dishwasher, microwave, new washer/dryer, ceiling fans, and central AC/heat. Dog Friendly. No smoking. Linens Not Included. Capacity: 12Distance to beach: 2.5 minutes

From the first day we rented, we have enjoyed each stay. The size, the furnishings, and location have been very satisfactory. Whenever a problem occurred, it was solved in timely fashion.

I grew up in the area and remember the classic times of the summer beach house for the extended family as a child. This rental allowed that feeling to be recaptured. The sentiments are the same, the generations have changed. We had a wonderful time

Reynolds Roost has always fitted our family's needs for a beach vacation. Even when major appliciances malfunctioned, the repair service was prompt and we were not inconvenienced. We like the familiarity of going back to the same place year after year.

Was a perfect house for children and adults alike. Convenient to the Litchfield Inn, shopping, and most importantly, the beach - only a minute walk to public access. Only downfall is the price for off-season and having to either pay for or bring linens.

2008 was the 11th successive year we have rented Reynolds Roost. We were the first family to stay in it when it was put on the rental market. One of the owners is a friend of a family member.
We found that it was exactly what we needed and did not lack for a thing to set up housekeeping for the week. The location is ideal, and we have made friends with the neighbors.
As the years have passed we have seen children and grandchildren grow up and have kept a pictorial record on posters which are displayed each year.
Reynolds Roost almost seems as if it is ours.
