You can hear the ocean from wide screened porch across front of home . 5 bedrooms (4 main floor, 1 ground level with outside access) and 3 baths (2 on main floor, 1 downstairs). Bed sizes main floor: 3 kings and 2 singles. Bed sizes downstairs: 2 queens and 1 futon. This fully equipped home has 4 cable TV's, 2 VCR's, DVD, high speed internet, crib, highchair, large screened porch, enclosed outside shower, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, and central AC/heat. 1 minute walk to the beach. Linens Not Included. No Smoking. Capacity: 13

Great family getaway! close to beach, really good design with bedrooms, bathrooms and privacy, enjoyed many relaxing moments on front porch in rockers watching the ocean and feeling the breeze.

This is a very nice second-row beach house. You just have to cross the street and it's a short walk to the public walk for the beach. There's a great screened porch across the front of the house. The kitchen is well-equipped with anything you might need. We didn't have to use the downstairs, so I can't vouch for anything there, but the setup was a little awkward, in my opinion, with the two queen beds and a couch and then a small bathroom. The Dieter Company is a dream to work with and we've already booked for next year through them. We are, though, going to rent oceanfront just because it's easier with our dog to be right on the beach.

This house should not be rented in the winter since you can't use the dryer and the so-called heat at the same time. The heat is actually part of the A/C and not a real heating system. The furnishings are dated and in the living area quite uncomfortable. This house could use some decluttering. The kitchen was well-stocked and the beds were comfortable.
