Easier beach access than many second-tier properties (5 minute walk on Summertime Lane to beach), and close access to bike path. 4 bedrooms (all on main floor), 2 baths. Bed Sizes: 2 Queens, 2 Doubles, 2 Singles, Queen Sleeper Sofa. Very nice sundeck, screened porch with rockers. 3 Cable TVs, VCR, DVDs, Wireless Internet, Free Carolina calls, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Ceiling Fan, High Chair, Charcoal Grill, Central AC/Heat, Enclosed Outside Shower, Covered Parking, No Smoking. Linens Not Included. Capacity: 10Distance to beach: 4.5 minutes

Our family loved this property! It's close to the beach which is an easy walk away; yet because of it's proximity and the trees in the yard it feels very private. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Great for bike riding! The owners of this home have gone above and beyond to make this home comfortable for their guests. Every kitchen item you can think of is included. The beds were great (not something you always find in a rental). There were even beach toys, umbrellas and chairs in the outdoor closet/shed . I was a little concerned that this property wouldn't be big enough for our family of six but it was perfect. (So was the price, very fair price)

We have stayed in Lucky 13 for the past three years. It's a very nice house with a convenient layout and we also like the location. The short ride/walk to the beach is no problem for us.

We realize that everyone prefers a different firmness for sleeping, but do want everyone to have good nights rest while on vacation. Lucky 13 is a wonderful beach house. It is pet friendly. I had two dogs with me. The amenities are more than adequate. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are a little small and there are only two for 4 bedrooms. I loved the front porch and oak tree. It is a good location with only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The only real problem I had with it is that there is no internet connection. I would certainly stay there again.

We had a wonderful week at Lucky 13. The house was just the right size for five adults, 3 active children and our dog. It was only a very short walk to the beach and we liked that it was off the beaten path a bit. The huge tree close to the house made it feel like we were in a tree house while sitting on the screened in porch or on the ajoining deck. It wasn't fancy, but it was well equiped and it suited our laid back vacation to a tee. We'll be back!

Clean and Well Kept, this house has good space for a big family or 2 families staying together. Close enough to the beach that it's just a short walk, but also far enough back to be nice and quiet. Very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants too.

This is the second or third time we have rented this particular house. Lucky 13 is a great spot with enough space for everyone to feel comfortable. We had an ant problem. Called The Dieter Company and it was quickly resolved. We didn't experience any more problems and the vacation was great. Close enough to the beach and yet far enough away to give you privacy. Highly recommend this location to anyone with children or guests to have a fun vacation.
