Located oceanfront mid-island on Pawleys with dock on creek. This wonderful home is nestled in lush island vegetation and sits behind the dunes. While there is no view of the ocean from the house, the ocean front gazebo ( just 10 second walk) offers a shady spot on the private boardwalk for ocean gazing. 4 bedrooms (2 on main floor, 2 ground level with outside access) and 4 baths (2 main, 2 downstairs). Bed sizes: 2 Kings, 5 singles. Amenities include TV, DVD/VCR combo, wireless high speed internet, screened fish cleaning area with sink, outside showers, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, central AC/heat. No Pets. No Smoking. The Lott House fit our family perfectly. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped and the living areas are very comfortable. Everyone liked their bedroom and each bedroom had its own bathroom which we thought was a real plus.

Would have liked to known that you had to go outside to get to downstairs. Also hard to manouver in creek at low tide. It was a good house - not the best we have stayed in.

We had a wonderful week in Pawleys. The Lott house is old fashioned (in a good way) and was perfect for our needs - large kitchen w/ double fridge was especially useful. Beachfront w/ basically a private beach and a nice dock and creek access on the backside. The only small issues/questions we had were handled by Dieter Co. very promptly.

The house was the perfect size for my family of 4 and 3 guests. It was well equipped with all the essential items needed for our stay.
The view of the ocean from the rooftop cat's walk was magnificent. My husband and son enjoyed fishing from the private dock.
I would highly recommend this home.

Very nicely furnished, kitchen very well stocked, great porch. The gazebo on the boardwalk to the beach is a wonderful place to comfortably experience the beach without having to sit in the sand.
