This unit was very nice and clean. It is very convenient for the ocean, pool, shopping, dining,and entertainment. We had a wonderful time, and would recommend this property highly. The views are great!

WE STAY AT THIS CONDO EVERY YEAR ON THE THIRD WEEK OF JULY. WE HAVE BEEN COMMING TO THIS LOCATION FOR SO LONG, WE KNOW WHEN THE OWNER HAS CHANGED THINGS. WE HAD A GREAT TIME.
THIS YEAR, WE DID NOTICE THAT THE CONDITION OF THE CONDO HAD GONE DOWN DUE TO PEOPLE NOT RESPECTING THE OWNER'S INVESTMENT. SINCE I DO THE COOKING FOR THE FAMILY, I HAD PROBLEMS WITH NOT HAVING TOOD POTS, PANS, AND COOKING UTENSILS. I VOICED THESE IN A HELPFUL WAY TO THE DIETER COMPANY TO SHARE WITH THE ONWER.
WE WILL BE RETURNING THIS JULY ON THE THIRD WEEK. -

We have stayed at Litchfield Retreat several times. Although the property is older, the maintenance staff keeps the grounds & pool in excellent shape. Our condo had a gorgeous view of the ocean - we enjoyed some beautiful sunrises from the balcony. The furnishings are not top of the line but a nice fit for use when you're on/off the beach. The price is also relatively low when compared to other condos in the area.

We loved this condo, the ocean view was fantastic from various angles. It was clean inside and very comfortable. We would rent it again.
