As usual we had a wonderful time. I've already recommended you to several friends. My only concern is the check in time. As with everyone else, we are all anxious to get into our unit so that the day is not a total waste. We usually leave our home early in the morning to beat the traffic and have to wait around until 3:00 to check in. I just wish that you could call a cell number to let each renter know when their unit is available right after cleaning. We have friends who rent from another company who do this, and sometimes they get in by 12:00, sometimes 1:00 and sometimes 2:00. I realize cleaning all the units takes time, and we do appreciate the units being so clean, we just wish we could get into the unit as soon as possible so that we may start our vacation. Thank you!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this condo as it had everything we were looking for. Easy access to the beach was important. It was tastefully decorated and very clean. The master bedroom was ample size with a sitting area. The twin bedroom was perfect for my daughter and her friend.
The kitchen(which is critical to a rental) was adequately stocked with glassware, plates, pots, pans, etc..The condo had everything but.. a good coffee pot...and for coffee drinkers that was important.. but wouldn't prevent me from renting again...thanks for providing everything but... -

Wonderful for being at the Beach!

This is a wonderful unit at Litchfield. We have stayed at many other units there and found this particular unit to be the best. The owners have kept it updated and fully stocked with all essentials. We absolutely love that it is so close to the beach and can watch the waves from the balcony.
