Inlet Point 16B is the second condo we've rented in the complex but first in the fall. The lower rates were a plus and the beach was sunny and warm while the ocean was somewhat cool but OK for a quick swim.
The wood floors and carpeting was less formal but perfect for a beach stay. The decor was lovely and ammenities terrific. The bedding was very comfortable as well.
We preferred this condo to 18D which we rented this past summer and only wish we could get it for two weeks then. One less flight of stairs was nice as we packed and unpacked our cars.We would recommend this condo to anyone. -

Wonderful weather. Could see and hear ocean from porch of condo. Beds were comfortable, sitting area was comfortable, loved the blue and white decor. We used the hot tub at the pool area. Excellent beach week in a lovely condo.

Don, Sharon & Family- We have been staying at Litchfield for many years. We started an annual event years ago (initially for our Mother, who loves the beach) and it escalated into an annual family event. This rental unit has a perfect ocean view, offers comfort and everything needed to enjoy a perfect vacation. We cherish our annual family event and can hardly wait for the time to roll around each year. Our family has grown a lot and now we all get a unit at Inlet Point through The Deiter Co. and celebrate wonderful family times together. This particular unit is simply one of the greatest, as is the entire Deiter Staff!

We come every April to the SC beaches. Always enjoy Dieter's properties but the lack of flexibility on property dates, even when available, is a pain. The Saturday to Saturday "in late and out early" is not good. Clean property but be total lack of condiments and one roll of toilet paper (per bath) leaves something to be desired.

This is a beautiful unit that is comfortable, well appointed with a great view.
The floor plan allows for privacy and lots of space for those who want to get up early or for those who want sleep late.
Very comfortable unit and I would recommend to anyone. -

We have been going to Inlet Point for 30 years and have stayed in many different condos and houses. The kids are grown and we now only need 2 bedrooms. IP-16B is by far the best decorated and well appointed condo we have stayed in at IP.
We had a wondeful time - despite sketchy weather and enjoyed the slower pace, no traffic, no dinner reservations required, and beach to ourselves in September.
